I just moved to Florence this past December and its near this Popeyes and I pass it going to and from work so here it is march I’ve stopped and ate at this Popeyes about 10 to 15 times now I know of, their food is always incredible! Their chicken is far superior over chili-fil-a which is bland and seasonless, I’ll never understand the hype with chick-fil-a Popeyes actually seasons their chicken, their chicken sandwiches are far better than chick-fil-a and Popeyes have a better variety of food such as red beans and rice, fish and shrimp! Not to mention Popeyes prices for their food are great! Right where they need to be and not way overpriced like chick-Gil-a I’ll always eat at Popeyes they have taken over the game when it comes to chicken good job Popeyes!

No one bother to say that they no longer sell the printings bone in robust trasting wings. Instead I got unseasoned wings. They I did not get my mashed potatoes. Then was not offered anything else in the wings place. Awful customer service. And just lost a customer in me.

I’ve tried giving this place numerous chances to behave more professional, but it almost never happens. Every time i come in to pick up an order, no matter how much i try to be friendly, it just always seems to be at least a little attitude that I am met with, they make you feel like youre the problem, like youre not welcomed there, they barely wanna help at all. They never say “hi” or “be with you in just a moment”, theyll make you wait several minutes before addressing you, and act like they dont want you to say anything to them. And this time i watched a customer get poor treatment as well, not just me for once. So much so that the customer felt like they needed to say sorry to them, when they weren’t being rude to the staff or anything. And you know the worst part about it? The workers that are giving these looks and attitude to people are what appear to be MANAGERS. Grey collared shirts while the other staff are in tees, so they seem to be managers. Whoever the general manager is, check your staff. I did several years working fast food myself, I get it. Its hard work to take on a job like that and sometimes you get horrible customers and it gets really frustrating to deal with as an employee. But here’s the bottom line. This is customer service. You work in customer service. And that means you HAVE to be courteous and professional to the customers. I’m sorry, but that is the job, no matter what kinda day you’re having. I had to do it when i was working customer service, and you gotta do it too. Thats just the way it is. And there is absolutely no excuse to take out your frustration on any customer that is trying to be polite and friendly. That is VERY unprofessional. And if you can’t help but treat good, caring customers like that, if you cant be in control of your emotions and try to be friendly or at least helpful to your customers, well then I’m sorry, you shouldn’t be in customer service and should find another job. ESPECIALLY if you are a MANAGER. Theres just no excuse, you either suck it up and dont treat your customers like garbage, or you simply dont work there anymore. Its as simple as that. Because not only do you make yourself look bad, you make the company look bad, and thats bad for everyone.

Im very disappointed today I order the 3 for $5 special .. when i open the boxs I got 2 very small wings and drumsticks thats cold and look like stale.. i went inside to show them and ask for replacement like the combo I saw at the window ( breast, thigh and drumsticks) sure thing attitude is all over the place and said to me that I get what they give me no exceptions! Why post it so appealing in the window and then get crappy portion combo cold and stale! she said I get what I get!!it dont matter if its cold ,stale and underportion

Terrible service. Nice employees but Not only did i spend 40 dollars for 2 meals and a kids meal which is fine but they forgot both fries with my meal and my son’s kids meal was suppose to have 2 chicken tenders we got one. I had a chicken bacon Swiss and my husband had a spicy chicken sandwich and both were in the opposite package and on top of that there was a fly in my drink!

I’ve been to this location 5x in the past month and have yet to receive the correct order I ordered through the app. Everything from missing food to wrong food to food so burned you can’t eat it.
The customer service is non existent and the restaurant is the filthiest I’ve ever seen.
I eat popeyes weekly and this location has me never wanting to go to another popeyes again.

It pains me I love Popeyes, but I would recommend to avoid this location at all costs. I have been there 3 times. All three times the customer service was terrible. I could say a whole lot more however I am trying to be respectful. This was my last time going there I am baffled that whoever owns this location hasn’t fixed the issue, truly shameful and shocking.

I just left this store. I ordered a 24 piece nugget and when I opened the box, there were cut up pieces of chicken strips mixed in with the old, cold nuggets. It went straight into the trash. I am beyond mad. I do not like their chicken strips. THEY DO NOT TASTE THE SAME AS THE NUGGETS. IT WAS DISGUSTING!

In town for work and decided to go to Popeyes for a meal. I get there and the lobby is closed. COVID-19 protocols ended awhile ago but what ever.
I see an employee that was outside dumping trash and asked what I need to do to order. He sees I’m driving a vehicle that’s 10 feet in height the clerance is 9ft, so drive-through was not an option to pull up. He stated go to the door and I will let them know inside. Standing at the door the 2 employees that working look at me and then turn around and do whatever it is they are doing.
Fast forward I order my food the person taking the order clearly had an attitude so I order then park and walk up to the window. the person at the window was so rude as well. Customer service is an after thought at this place. The food was cold and soggy. If you don’t like your job quit.
I should have looked at the reviews before coming to this location. Reading the responses it seems as though leaving a review is useless as well.
Management seems to have done nothing to change the public view on this location.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. THE REVIEWS ARE FOR REAL!

I tried to like this place. Just don’t feel the love. Sure didn’t sense much appreciation from the staff.
Been about a year since my visit that sparked my initial review. Wife had a coupon so I said okay, reluctantly. The big promo on the “Black Eyed Peas” was a bust. will.i.am NOT surprised. Popeyes is not giving the “Black Eyed Peas” any respect. In fact, the original Popeye (the sailor man) would be popping off his sailor mouth if he was presented the bowl (actually a Styrofoam cup) of what Popeyes is calling “Black Eyed Peas”. So, I am rededicating myself to “never” spending one second of my remaining life going anywhere near the Florence Blvd Popeyes. I posted a photo with this review. It disappeared. See if it sticks the second time.
