Sketchy place to be at, at night. Waited 2 weeks in the drive thru for absolutely no reason. Lazy humans in this trash establishment
Took a total of 1 hour to get my food. Manager and the rest of the gang were having a so called “meeting” at 9 pm. With one guy dressed in basketball shorts, durag, and slippers and was working there. Another dude in a super dirty apron with a cigarette in his mouth while in the store. Also assaulted a guy outside went through his pockets to look for his “phone”. Food was trash.

This has to be one of the worst Popeyes in Birmingham. I ordered some fried pickles and you can tell they were old looks like they’ve been sitting there since yesterday. I asked the young man in the drive-through to give me some more and he said no he would not give me a fresh order and you can tell they’ve been re-dropped. I had to throw them away because it was not edible to eat most of the people work there have nasty attitude Will not be going back

I would give it negative stars if u could, by far the most unprofessional and low functioning locations I’ve ever been to. I was in the drive thru picking up a doordash, there was only 1 vehicle in front of me. I waited over 10 minutes before I made it to the speaker, I was waiting for a greeting that never came, after several more minutes of waiting I said “hello?!”. The boy that was speaking on the headset was so unprofessional responded something but was busy cutting up I guess with co workers because he still didn’t get to the point of asking me for my order or even a simple heads up that they would be right with me or anything at all. I drove to the window and again waited way too long for the 1 vehicle that had been ahead of me this whole time to be waiting also still for whatever they ordered. Like there was only my vehicle and the one ahead of me through the duration of 20 minutes I waited there, when I made it to the window finally I asked him if they make a habit of not saying a word when customers pull up… he said uhh no. I told him I was picking up a DoorDash and flashed my phone toward him to show him the name on order and so that he could see what I was trying to get because when said he didn’t seem to understand. I couldn’t understand much that he was saying but then I heard him say they only had the one chicken sandwich and that it would be another 15-20 minutes…. I had to cancel that delivery because I had already been there way longer than I should have been, and given the fact there wasnt a rush going on at that time… so I just don’t understand how a business can be so out of sorts with only the two customers there. I wasted my time, and money because it’s my gas that was wasted and having to cancel an active DoorDash impacts my account negatively. When the rating goes down i don’t get first choice deliveries… I depend on this as a supplementary income to get myself and my 3 kids by and because yall slack and not doing your job, im having to pay for it. Must be nice for you to get paid for doing nothing, meanwhile some of us out here actually putting in the effort! Worst location ever!

FOOD WAS HORRIBLE! My CHICKEN SANDWICH HAD A WHOLE JAR OF MAYO ON IT! Bun was stale. LOOK LIke SOMEBODY SAT ON IT 2 days ago.Got a 3 piece combo with no Fries or Drink and the Biscuits look like they were deep fried in grease. One minute we were getting good chicken and the next it went straight to hell. So I called myself trying to get out of cooking today cause I just didn’t feel like it. So we drove over to the 5pts door locked, line long. After 30 days and nights we made it to the window. The girl tells us they are shortstaffed and to hold. When we get to the window, she was nice. The food looked good and was hot, but when we got home all you could smell was an odor of some old grease with a metallic The food tasted absolutely horrible and they even hid a few refried pieces. We had to go back because we couldn’t eat it. The line was still long wrapped around. I pulled to the drive thru side and saw nobody was at the window. Another car was trying to get their attention as well. We were just ignored. One dude walking across the street from the gas station. Someone out of uniform was cleaning up the lobby. We had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for someone to come from the bathroom. When she came out, she took her time to come to the window. We got our money back. What got me was a manager was there. Why would you let people buy chicken that smelled like that, especially when you know the oil needed to be changed or cleaned. Like you can smell that outside. At first you couldn’t, but when we came back, it was extremely loud.

The only place where I have been a door dasher and was told to reassign if I dont like drive thru and front counter being served first. Waited 45 minutes…3 batches of chicken lol…that was given out to ppl that came in way later. Door dashers were told to sign a paper and they will get to you when they can. Only one young man had any kind of hustle or realization that they were required to move fast. I will not ever be accepting dashes from popeyes.

the customer service is soooo shit , i walk in there and this teenage boy with no hair he lowkey baldheaded already got a attitude i just wanted my two chicken sandwich’s and STRAWBERRY TEA mind u i already had got my sandwiches but the dude forgot my tea TEN MINUTES PAST cause its people coming in , im like what in the absolute hell this mane gave me too cups and i had to fill it up MYSELF?
