I was greeted and my order was taken promptly. Everyone is polite but the quality of the food and missing items on my to go order. I’m an over the road truck driver. Check your order for quality and accuracy. One of the chicken tenders is nothing but breading. I placed the regular side of red beans and rice and the biscuit as a reference to the size of the tenders. I was so hungry and this is what I got. I spent just over $23 for a large #5 3-piece tenders combo.
I called back and spoke with Mrs Jones who wrote my name down on the “book.” Mrs Jones apologized several times and said she was cooking in the back but would help me.
I have no idea when I’m coming thru again. Mrs Jones said to save my receipt. I was told I would get a free meal the next time I pass thru. I’ll update if and when that is honored or denied. 10/12/25@2:04PM.

Great place to stop by for a quick bite or a heavy meal. Dropped by at dinner time and there was a line already and the kitchen was very busy. The staff did manage to get our orders and food relatively quickly, they were pleasant as well. Really wish they offered plain white rice, but all in all the fried chicken tasted great.

Pretty good. Hadn’t been to Popeyes in a while. Seriously miss the dirty rice. Had 3 piece spicy. Pieces were a little small, but well cooked and tasty. Dine in. Clean, pleasant, and the lady who served me was super nice and quick.

As a long hause fedex ground team truck driver/s and loyal TA customer for many years . Today 01/22/2026 my teammate and I decided to stop by TA in Alabama exit 77 to pump fuel and get some hot yummy food. When I approach the Popeyes register i ask the cashier if they took ta points as a form of payment she then proceeded to answer yes we do with a smile she then took my order and I paid with my ta points with out a problem as I was waiting for my food my co driver came in to the restaurant after pumping fuel he then ask the cashier if they took ta points the cashier said yes when it was time for him to pay it seemed like the cashier was having a bit of trouble with how to enter his points information the cashier then ask the older lady that was also working there if she mind helping her to figure out how to charge my co driver w points..the older lady then tells her (WE DONT TAKE POINTS HERE ) which we feel it was super rude do to the fact that I had just placed an order a minute before my co driver and I used my points with our a problem so he ended paying dollars cash … After we left he checked his TA account and was and come to find out hes missed 26 dollars in points as well i guess this is how we truckers get treated. I will no longer recommend TA to my fellow fedex drivers I guess 600/1000 of fuel isn’t enough every time we fuel up for us to get treated with dignity/respect.

I’ve been here before, and the service was okay. I quit coming, and today reminded me why. They’ll never get my money again. The lady was low-key rude because I wanted to take off a $5 thigh. I can go buy a pack of real chicken for that. I ordered wings, and they were TERRIBLE. You could definitely tell they weren’t fresh. You can also tell it’s not real chicken. I don’t know how they are making that, but either that chicken has been in the warmer since they opened this morning, or that stuff is fake as hell. Make sure you check your food before departing. I wasted $15 on trash; I should’ve gone to Wingstop; it’s not too far away.

Hours of business posted mean nothing to the employees at work here. They close whenever they feel like it. No regard to the fact that truck drivers plan their stops based on food selection and parking. Not good when the plan for the evening is ruined by employees who don’t want to work

Leaving the 5 stars for the 2 nice gentleman working here around lunchtime at the cashier. Very polite in addressing everyone and quick to fix any issues that arise. The chicken is still juicy and not dry like some locations and the portion is huge! This piece I have is about half the tray. The spicy chicken is actually spicy and they have some great promos going on. Only issue I had was they accidentally put spicy in the mild box vice versa but all overlooked for the wonderful staff up front. Hopefully they are role models for other employees and locations because I’ve been to many locations this one has it right! Not all franchises run by outstanding people
