If I could rate this place a 0 star I would went in today on my way home from vacation and wanted a very simple meal I had ordered a very simple 2 peice with a strawberry biscuit according to the cashier they was out, No big deal I paid extra for it so a simple refund would have fixed the issue, The extremely rude im assuming a general manager named Joann was extremely rude yelling at me about how they wasn’t gonna refund me and how it was my problem because they had a sign up that said they was out, Extremely unacceptable The very kind cashier Named Hagen was very helpful in getting me my refund we need more people like this young man his customer service was amazing and to the manager Joann, she could learn some tips for him very good service from the cashier himself and very respectful young man I will only be returning because of his behavior and it’s sad to see their are people like her that are disrespectful to customers but it’s great to see very respectful young men like Hagen pls do better and be a role model for others as a manger, Should know better- Also to see 4 people walk out who was gonna spend 200 plus bucks is a sad see for a fast food joint because of customer service

This Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is located inside the Petro Travel Center in Dodge City, off I-65. I felt like the staff here were a little overwhelmed without the rather large crowd waiting to order and waiting for their oders to be prepared. I waited over 15 minutes for my oder, so I hope that the management will work on that with the staff.

Service is lacking to say the least. 27 min wait just for a 5 piece strip meal. When asked why it’s taking so long excuses and attitude dominated the conversation. This place needs a serious management overhaul. Employees reflect their management.

Rude and my order was wrong I asked for bone in wing and is on my receipt, I absolutely hate the kiosks the elders struggle with this and the workers that try to help are absolutely rude them just watched this. This used to be my favorite stop. NOT ANYMORE!

We stop here every week, this one of the truck stops we fuel at, so we just usually grab dinner so that we don’t have to make another stop headed toward Indianapolis. The food is great, the customer service SUCKS to say the least. One girl that works here is so rude, she doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter she just looks at you several times before she decides to take your order. HORRIBLE

I recently visited Popeye’s and had an amazing experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Josie, the lovely cashier. From the moment I walked in, Josie greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel welcome. She was incredibly patient and helpful as I decided on my order, offering great suggestions and ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. The food was delicious, but it was Josie’s outstanding customer service that truly made my visit memorable. She also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect by giving me change so my son could ride the mechanical horse in the back of the establishment. I highly recommend this Popeye’s location and commend Josie for her excellent service!

Very clean, huge parking lot and the customer service was great! We will be back when we pass through here again. Priscilla in Popeyes was very accommodating. Love her energy and professionalism. She made our visit enjoyable. She is the kind of employee that should be in every Popeye’s restaurant.

They were lacking all their crew, but still was operating at a defeated pace. Was forced to order the combo instead of individual pieces of chicken. No sense of urgency. Wish they would have prioritized the customers more. Lack of professional candor.
Solution: Probably more crew and retraining for the current employees. Raise the pay for the workers meeting expectations.
