I was told it would be a 15 min wait and it was 40 minutes! Unbelievable! I only bought a 16pc meal. The lady was nice, but the wait and food quality was bad. All legs, wings and a couple of breast. No thighs at all. $55…Ridiculous! If it weren’t so far to go back, I’d return every bit of it.

Used to be one of my go-to spots for quick food, but my last visit wasn’t great. Tried using a coupon from the Treasure Coast book and got some attitude like I was doing something wrong. After about a 15-minute wait, my chicken tenders came out soggy and pale.
Hopefully they get back to the quality and service they used to have I always liked this place before.

Twice I’ve ordered from this location (via Uber Eats) Both times I’ve ordered the large combo with 2 sides, both times I’ve ordered coleslaw and Cajun fries; and to this day I’ve never gotten the fries in any order, and the Iced tea that came today tasted like mold or mildew. Once is by accident twice is the culture and there will never be a third. I recommend traveling to another Popeyes location.

The absolutely the worth run restaurant I’ve ever been to. I came in ordered manager was at register. They were out of mild white chicken. She said will you wait. I replied sure love hot fresh chicken.
Two or three people came in behind me. She told them the same. We all waited.
Chicken came up. Saw cook put in rake. Yes it was mild white chicken. She served everyone that order after me. Never said a word to me.
I asked why. She said they wanted dark meat. She bold faced lye. Said white meat was 15 more minutes.
I said so stuff I should not of. But I was only white guys in place and served last.
Popeyes you tell me ?? Will never go to Popeyes ever again.

Horrible customer service! They told me they were out of the cheese bites no problem I get that but then they tried to substitute it and I said I just wanted the money back no big deal right wrong! They said I have to go through the app and when I tried the app said no refunds when k asked for it so I went back in to see if the manager could help me and I was greeted with no one not one person at the counter and most of the staff just looking at me like I was an alien I finally get helped and I tell them the problem and when the manager comes out to help she gives me the biggest attitude and says what you want me to do about it I can’t do nothing about the app. I was ready to say you can’t just give me the money back I would’ve even taken a gift card! Worst service and horrible management no wonder it was empty!

Most people assume if you’ve been to one Popeyes, you’ve been to them all—but that’s definitely not the case with this location. From the moment I walked in, the staff stood out with their friendliness and professionalism. It’s rare to find fast food workers who genuinely seem to care about your experience, but that’s exactly what I got here.
Not only was the service on point, but the deals at this location also seemed better than what I’ve seen at other Popeyes. It felt like I was getting more bang for my buck, which is always a win.
Now let’s talk about the food—I’m a mashed potato guy, and theirs were so good I barely left room for anything else. Creamy, flavorful, and piping hot. I had every intention of sharing, but I ended up eating most of it myself (no regrets).
Overall, this Popeyes location exceeded expectations. I’ll be back for sure.

Ordere 8 piece dinner mild-all white meat. Payed up charge for white meat only. Received 2 wings, 2 breasts, 2 legs and 2 thighs. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Took photos, going to go by tomorrow to talk to manager. Otherwise, the food was very good. Threw the dark meat away..

Bad attitude by young lightskin girl at the window talking over you won’t let you get your order out. I wanted to add a side and simply ask did it come with fries because if so I was gonna order an additional. I threw the entire meal away because it was cold and disgusting, not as disgusting as the attitudes on the clock. I’m not mad though… well maybe at myself for giving this sewer of an establishment a second try. Thats a sprite by the way that for some reason came out looking like dirty water.

I was craving crispy wings after working Super Bowl Sunday. I went to Popeyes and tried their sweet and spicy wings and they HIT THE SPOT. The crispy texture was undeniable, and the sweet and spicy sauce was not too overpowering. I’m excited to try the other flavors they offer.
A quick tip: shake your wings in the container so your sauce of choice even coats them.

I don’t know what is it about this location after 8pm, but order is always wrong, food is cold and service is not up to par. I shouldn’t have to get home and see that my whole order is wrong!!! I don’t live in the area so its difficult to get it fixed after a long day of work
