This place will probably be closed within the next few months because of how the employees treat people and disrespect their time. I pulled straight up to the window and ordered from the rudest cashier. She must have had a problem with me for some reason, because she made me pull up to the stop sign to wait for my rice and beans, but the car behind me had no trouble getting their two bags of food at the window, then I had to move for them and continue waiting. Funny how that works. Thirteen minutes and zero people ahead of me or in the restaurant. Rude cashier brought out the food and didn’t say a word. No apology. Nothing. Makes me sick to give my money to a place that clearly doesn’t appreciate the business!

Drove over to Popeyes’ location on 11OCT2025 to use a BOGO coupon before it expires. Super rude employee said the coupon was already removed from the system and would not be honored. No apologies or resolution strategy to keep a customer(s) happy. 2 stars for atmosphere simply because its a newer locatiom that is clean. Left to get food elsewhere…

The manager DJ and cashier Berlin are absolutely horrible! After ordering we were told it would be 16 minutes until chicken was ready and to go back through the drive thru so that’s what we did. Once we got back to the window (after waiting in an another huge line) we were told it still was not read. The cashier told me “there is still 2 more minutes”. I told her I’ll just wait here and she told me that there was other customers waiting. I told her I’m not sitting back through the line again. She then proceeded to say “I told you it was going to take 16 minutes”! I asked to speak to the manager and she wasn’t helpful either. She told me to go sit in a parking spot and she would bring it out. After another 8-10 minutes she send another employee out with our food who was very nice and apologetic even though she had nothing to do with their rudeness! They both acted like they didn’t want to be there. If they don’t want to work, then leave. There’s plenty of people who do want and need to work. We were there for over 30 minutes and my daughter was late taking her medication which needs to be taken at the same time daily. We will never go back here again!

Employees act like they rather be anywhere else. Place was not busy but girl at the counter acted like I was bothering her. Diet Coke had no syrup so I asked if she could fill it from the drive through machine. Instead of dumping it and refilling she added an inch of liquid and handed it back to me. Why put the worst employees at the counter? Food was just ok. Overpriced but that’s everywhere. No one was interested in fixing the soda machine so skip the Diet Coke because it’s just iced tea looking water.
