107 25th street Fort Pierce Florida store is a place where I will never go to again. Went in with the intent to order 4 wing combo or dinner. Left with a 9pcs that was half cooked and uncleaned chicken that was very disgusting. I’ve been a fan of Popeyes for 45years and never had a problem until I went to this particular store. Cashier was very young and extremely rude to myself and a few customers before me. I was also informed that they couldn’t sell me a surf and turf bc they didn’t half time. It was only 8:30pm and they didn’t close until 11pm. Popeyes clean up your staff and hire some individuals that want to work.

Ordered online and went inside to wait for it to be prepared (I ordered while parked outdide, so I knew I would need to wait, no problem). Ordered 2 plain fish, beans & rice, popcorn shrimp, boneless wings and mashed potatoes w/ gravy. Received 2 fish with everything on them that tasted more like month old grease than fish (after the crap was scraped off of them), mush, bean juice & a little rice, and little burnt nuggets of popcorn batter which looked like they may have been refried popcorn shrimp from that very same month old grease. The pototaes w/gravy were good, and the boneless wings were fresh, so they were good too (I saw them being cooked to order). Because I live 20 minutes from town, I was not driving back. I also didn’t check my order (yes, I should have), but as I was leaving, a man came in yelling about his order, so I left. The young man who waited on me was pleasant, but most of the food was absolutely nasty. Pic of shrimp attached, but hubby trashed the sandwiches before I could get a pic of those. And please, don’t give me the “we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations” excuse. Now that I’ve read the comments, you’ve been told repeatedly over the last several months, yet obviosly, nothing has changed.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the 8 piece family meal. Had to wait for 10 minutes while they finished cooking the chicken which I don’t mind at all to get fresh from the fryer food. The young lady working the window was very nice and attentive. Everything came out as ordered and was fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that I got three legs rather then the 2, 2, 2, and 2 to make the 8 piece. And the drive thru is wildly narrow and needs to be redone as we were in a big pickup truck and rubbed the side walls all along the drive thru. You could clearly see that many other vehicles over the year’s have done this. We would come back to this particular location based on the friendly service and fresh made to order food.

I went to the drive thru and asked for surf and turf with mashed potatoes and I got a different order. When I was ordering the person was making the choices for me, even my drink wasn’t the one I ordered. It looked like a order that was left there and they gave it to me. The outside was super dirty as well.

Popeyes has great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The chicken is always flavorful and crispy, the staff is attentive, and the vibe in the restaurant makes the meal even better. A consistently enjoyable experience.

Funny story, the place seems to be on fire the day when I visited…. the staffs was playing around and using everyday street language. There was a lot of smoke coming from the kitchen area inside, but not only that it started to rain hail outside.

Always has, always will be the worse Popeyes in Fort Pierce. Waited 30 for what was suppose to have been been 12-15 mins. Watched 5 cars that ordered after me, get their food and leave. Walked inside, girl said, “We’re behind. Everyone is waiting for chicken.” All I ordered was 8pc mild with 4 biscuits. Here’s the kicker… Same girl said to another the manager, after I asked for my money back, “I thought we sent that order out”…. Mind you, she’s the one taking the orders out….
