Well….first time at this Popeyes and probably the last. That’s unfortunate because it’s only minutes from my house. Went there a couple weeks ago around 9:30 ish pm. Had a lot of questions and the staff was great at answering them and being patient with me. I was there wanting to try the “hot ones” menu. Their sauce was great and the food was pretty good. However, as the cashier was packing up my order it took longer than expected because the kitchen staff had closed down one side so my food was ready and waiting just in the other window. No problem. Then the cashier and kitchen staff started to argue back and forth right in front of me and it seemed to take priority over getting my order to me and letting me leave. Instead I wound up feeling like a hostage as I wait until they’re done arguing with each other and come to find out one of the staff she was arguing with in the kitchen was a manager. Imagine my disbelief. Anyway thought I’d relay this message to corporate so they can know how their staff conducts themselves and they were very interested in hearing what I had to say but they didn’t even offer anything to persuade me to come back and give them another shot. Not sure if I would have used it (I may have) but it would’ve been a nice gesture to offer. Enter at your own risk.

The cashiers/cooks were warm, welcoming and efficient. Got a family of 7, I got different family meals and platters, and while my chicken was hot and fresh, it didn’t have enough seasoning for me, but then again, I did order it mild. My kids had the classic and spicy chicken sandwiches and they loved them.

The customer service here is terrible. I ordered through the app and when I got in the drive-through, I had to wait an additional four minutes which was initially no problem. After about 10 minutes, I realized no one came and brought the food so I went inside. While I’m inside, the ladies in the back are just cursing and having inappropriate conversations while everyone’s in the lobby waiting . I finally ended up getting my food and they gave me this one scoop of mac & cheese, which was $5. I’ll never be returning again

I waited at the drive-thru for about five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. After the employee finally took my order, I asked for a large mac and cheese and a regular fry. Once I got to the window, it only took about a minute to pay and receive my bag. I pulled over to check the food, and unfortunately the fries were old and cold. The mac and cheese also seemed like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time and definitely wasn’t fresh. Because of the overall experience and the staff’s poor attitude, I chose not to go back inside. I ended up filing a complaint with the corporate office and throwing the food away.

Ordered from door dash and had no issues. Order was correct and food arrived warm. Their sides and chicken are delicious and this order didn’t disappoint. We got a family meal with red beans and rice, Mac n cheese, potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits. We also ordered a tender meal with fries. Love that chicken…

The food and service was absolutely horrible here. I went with my mom for quick bite to eat. We waited 15 to order, 30 mins for the actual food. The chicken was saturated in grease I got sick after. Customer from the drive though coming in side every other order. No clear leadership. Front-end needs immediate retraining. When she did call for management for override she just started calling names until someone responded. This was a bad experience and I love me some popeyes! I’ll never go back.

Ordered from the app, 3 pc, dark meat, app specifically says, leg/thigh, got there, there’s a wing, they said they would switch it out and took my box to do so, they then gave it back to me, I got home, and it was the same , leg, thigh and wing.
If your app says leg/thigh, I expect that. Or..fix your app.
Then you took it back, pretended to fix it and did nothing to it.
It’s just not worth going back there.
I even called when I noticed it, not even an apology just said that our dark meat includes a “wing”

Nice Popeyes location.
We decided to try this in search of some fried chicken and biscuits for a true Southern experience. Their sweet tea is made to perfection and food was overall hot.
The service could have been better, the lady at the front register had no customer service skills.
She was rude in some ways and just not professional.
Overall, this is another Popeyes that delivers on their style of food and the location is clean with plenty of seating.

Last time I ever step foot in this Popeye’s establishment. Waited 40 minutes for the cashier to finally take my order. That is an absurd amount of time. I walked out after my turn was up, and they still had 5 people’s orders to make. I didn’t end up buying anything and I don’t think I ever will again.
