Ordered at 4:45pm for a 5:20pm pickup order. Attempted to pick up in the drive thru. I could barely hear the woman on the speaker. It for sure needs to be replaced. Pull up to the window. Was greeted promptly, gave her my order #, was asked to pull forward and they would bring out a $60 order. Well… maybe I’m a little too patient because I walked inside at 6pm and asked if my order was ready. No customers inside. They had my order sitting in a pickup box. Gave it to me, I count the items and leave. Get home. Our fries are rock hard and cold. Same with the biscuits. Chicken is cold and tiny legs that looked more comparable to chicken wings (see photo below: those are chicken legs next to small chicken thighs). Desert was hard and cold (apple and strawberry pies). Mac N Cheese tasted like it was reheated from 3 days ago. To say we are highly disappointed is an understatement. This place really should not be in business. Popeyes needs to shut it down. I’ll enlighten you on the fact that I think it’s tacky to give bad reviews when not well deserved. Every establishment is entitled to an error or a bad day. We’re all human. However, as I was waiting I saw this establishment do the same thing to an elderly woman that had her walker in the passenger seat of her car. Then they had another woman pull behind me that they were in no rush to service either. She was waiting behind me at least 15 minutes before I went inside. They had a ton of premade food inside that you can see from the counter. They were fully staffed. This is pure laziness and inconsiderate to customers. They truly had no intention on bringing anyone their food. Jokes on me sitting in my car thinking they’re making everything fresh. Upon reading previous reviews this seems to be a common problem with this specific Popeyes. Head the warning! It’s true! Never again. Biggest waste of time and money. I can also see the common trend in their reviews. After someone leaves a one star honest review you see 3-4 “5 star” bogus review/accounts pop up. Comical. One more thing… I HAVE to add this. The “spot in the grass” they tell you to pull up and park at has a deep hole. Thankfully it was still daylight and I saw it. I could have pulled out and forward to exit the driveway but had I done that I probably would have snapped a tie rod end on one of my front tires. Someone’s going to damage their vehicle there. It’s a big liability.

Always an Outstanding experience at a Popeyes location that the reviewer confidently calls the best in the entire state of Florida. While the food was great, the restaurant needed a lot of help. The bathrooms were dirty and the women’s one, the door
was swollen and made it difficult opening or shutting. The main portion was needed some serious paint through out.

The cashier was very helpful with suggestions, and I ordered the $6 Box. I ordered a mild thigh and leg bone in 2 pieces of chicken with fries and cole slaw. The photo shows the sorry pieces of chicken I received. Also, the order is wrong. I asked for a thigh and a leg. I received a thigh and a sorry piece of what could be a thigh. Finally, the taste of the food was sad. Again, pay attention to this low score and stay away. The reviews that posted 5 stars must have a stake in the business. There is no way this place could honestly receive 5 stars.

First of all, let me say that the food quality is on par with other Popeyes. After that it all goes down hill. Cleanliness is a joke. Water damage in the dining area with mold. Selling soda with no carbonation and knowing it won’t be fixed for days. A lot of loud talking and fowl language from kitchen area. Supervisor seems to be upset as they complained a lot to workers and guests. ****DRIVE THROUGH ONLY**** only when the speaker gets fixed.

Just got two chicken sandwiches and they were SWIMMING in mayonnaise. I don’t mean kind of swimming, I mean probably half a cup per sandwich. When I called the manager about it she gave me “sometimes the mayo seeps through and makes the bun soggy”, I replied “I was putting on my boots to come up there so they could rectify the situation”…she goes “ you will not threaten me”. First of all I didn’t threaten anyone I’m sorry the word rectify made you “scared”. She then told me that if I came up there to get my food fixed she would trespass me, then told me she was calling the cops and hung up on me.

Disappointed in the way the lady in the service line spoke to us this evening. She dismissed us when we tried to order and told us to go back around in line in order to be served. My husband and I just left due to being treated that way. We actually drove out of our way to go that Popeyes. What a shame!
