Popeyes is one of my go-to spots when I want fried chicken with real seasoning and that Louisiana-style flavor. The chicken came out hot with a crispy crust, the spicy option actually has a kick, and the biscuit is a must (especially with a side). Service was fairly quick for how busy it gets, and the order was packed well for takeout. Not “healthy,” but it hits the spot when you want something filling and flavorful.

The best Popeyes chicken I’ve ever been! I got here at 9:55pm and they close at 10pm. Ashley took my order, she was genuine and very kind even though I got here 5 minutes before closing. The crew is nice and the place looks very clean. The drive through even has that New Orleans balcony look, check out the picture.

This was the best Popeyes I have ever been to thus far (there’s one in the small town I live in – not so good). From the time you pull up, the parking lot was clean, the store inside was clean (floors, windows & windowsills, tables, etc), the bathroom (my pet peeve) was very clean, the customer service was excellent!!, the food was fresh, hot and delicious. The over all atmosphere was wonderful. I highly recommend this Popeyes if you’re traveling in this area.

Food is always pretty good. However, multiple times I’ve had to wait 10-20 minutes past the pickup time for my food when I order ahead nullifying the point of mobile ordering. Also the last couple times I’ve gone inside, people were super noisy and letting their kids run around wildly and yell. I think the staff could at least have said something.

Pulled into the drive-through at 7:45. Tried to order a #7 seafood combo, but the worker rudely said with some attitude “We don’t carry seafood. Have a nice night.”…. Didn’t even ask if we wanted something else.
What the heck? It’s right there on the menu. If you don’t “carry” it, perhaps you should cover that portion of the menu in the drive through.

This establishment and management is unprofessional. I went inside to pick up an online order only for the staff to starts at me. One lady was at the back counter eating and she did not stop knowing I “a customer” could see her. She than approached the counter to ask me my order number, before I answered I asked her to wash her hands as she went over to the food counter to touch the food before I said something to her. I told the manager about this when she came to the counter from the side bathroom door and she smile and said ok, looked at the girl and shrugged her shoulders. Not only was it unhygienic but they got my order wrong as well! Big difference from rice and beans and mast potatoes. No communication none what so ever on being out of spicy chicken, they just gave me original and the wrong sides. Sad part is I didn’t check until i got home.
