We normally love Popeye’s but this location has been consistently under par compared to others in this area. The dining room is never open, our latest order smelled and tasted like it had been cooked in very old oil and to top it all off the order was not only incorrect but undercooked. The guy who appeared to be the manager was working the drive-thru window on our most recent (and final) visit and he seemed less than enthused to be serving customers. We’ll return to patronizing the Fort Myers location: the staff is friendly and the food comes out perfect.

I ordered in the app, and they messed up my order, I can’t have mayonnaise due to discomfort, and they put mayonnaise on my sandwich after I put “No Mayonnaise” in the app. And their BOGO offer was misleading, nowhere did it say online that we had to get a side and a drink in order to get the offer. DO BETTER.
