Stopped in for lunch. Food was good and service was very friendly and fast. Even enjoyed the relaxing music! Have been to this location in the past with slow service and out of items. Maybe new manager? Whatever the change was, it was great today!

It never fails EVERY TIME I come here red beans and rice are spoiled. Last time I got some it was even very soupy with very little rice in it. Today there’s no fries in the building to serve to customers and that’s the safest alternative to get rather than the red beans and rice. If I can’t even get my second option because management didn’t order the inventory accordingly then I won’t do it. People look forward to fresh food that won’t get them sick. I’ll be sure to let everyone I know not to waste their money here. Thanks anyway.

Went thru drive-thru. Ordered 3-piece chicken w/ honey mustard sauce, red beans n rice and biscuit. Biscuit was awesome! Didn’t receive straw, napkins or sauce. Chicken & rice was eh. I will not return to that location.

Been there about 6 times, never have gotten a meal correct, always missing condiments, chicken, biscuits or something. Check your bags people! Missing chicken, and nothing on my chicken sandwich, did a mobile order and did NOT select no condiments. Got full online refund, also they never remember biscuits you pay extra for.

I always stop in when I’m going fishings this was not good at all the chicken was over cooked and my coleslaw tasted spoiled and the mash potatoes didn’t have enough gravy it didn’t have no seasoning taste that Popeyes is known for highly disappointed I am a former Assistant Manager for Popeyes and know what the standard of the chicken should be someone needs to be retrained on how to batter the chicken the cook time, someone needs to be retrained on the hold time for the coleslaw and mashed potatoes the only thing I enjoyed was the biscuits but no butter or jelly was offered

They gave me regular recipe instead of spicy. I didn’t discover that mistake until I got home.
Something was off with the biscuits. Usually they are great. I even ordered an extra 6 but they just didn’t taste right.
They forgot to give me the 4 biscuits with my order.
$40 and the only thing they got right was the honey packets…
Come on Popeyes, you can do way better.
