This Popeyes is in trouble. Nice enough manager, with only a total of 5 employees total! Be prepared to wait. No lides for the sides. Without any notices, wonder why the food was leaking. This is the only popeyes that close to where I live and it’s honestly my favorite. I always come here to get their mango sweet tea which they always give extra syrup when I didn’t even have to ask for it(shoutout to Lakita, she is amazing). The only issue I had with this place was the long wait time for food but other than that, everything is great. The food is always fresh and hot and the service is friendly. Good price for a college student as well.

Been to this Popeyes a few times. Always short staffed. The wait is crazy long. Waited 30 mins for order and then asked for my money back (which took another 15mins). Last time I went in and they had no chicken cooked at dinner time so left. I love Popeyes but this needs an overhaul.

Super long wait and for some reason when you order an 8 piece family bundle, they you give you “wing drum sticks” vs a real drum sticks. Staff is lazy and slow. Smells like weed when they open the window.

I just want to say today we went & there were only 3 people working! So we couldn’t get food from the drive through. The food did take a bit long due to them being short staffed but it was so worth it!! The chicken tenders were soooo good! The customer service was great. I will definitely be back.

The staff and management at this location are awesome! They were patient and communicate really well about the menu. Ordering and receiving my food was a surprisingly smooth and fast process, which is not always true even when going to a fast food restaurant!

I’ve been going to Popeyes for years. This is by far the best one that keeps standards. Lakita manager on duty was just so caring and awesome. Very helpful. They are over consistent especially with food. Lakita is definitely a keeper. I have my own business and would love to have people like her! Ty so much. Mashed are soo good

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The soda tasted like it had zero syrup. The chicken sandwich was the worst I’ve ever seen. The chicken was barely fried. The bun was soggy and they completely drenched it in mayo. Even the fries are stale. You can’t make this up. Don’t go to this location.

I can’t rate the food since we didn’t get anything. We didn’t get service either. My husband and I walked in they seemed a bit busy so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt manager and a single employee working. Manager was at the front glanced at us no acknowledgement served a pick up order…nothing. Drive thru employee came from behind the counter went outside to deliver food looked at us no acknowledgement kept on walking to her window. Manger moved closer to the back glanced up again nothing. Neither of them looked happy to be there. We turned and left after about ten minutes. Will not return to this location
