Call Wellington Mall Corp to complain!Over 20 min wait as our sandwiches get cold and the excuse is the beans and rice but the Uber drivers got their beans even though they ordered after us and the 2 girls give attitude when I ask about the order! It is 5:40 as I write this. I finally got my order after 40 min.
The mngr is a very nice guy but two girls, Sara and ? , are horrible! They never smile and as the mngr tells them to translate, they give minimal info, I watched this happen to the security guard about his order. When I asked about my order they disappeared and the Mngr walked up, explanation was given and he was upset. He was yelling for the girls and they ignored him.
WTH corporate!

We waited over 3O minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches after we were told that it would be 7 minutes late. After I questioned them because I was tired of waiting on line, I was told that they “ran out of chicken fillets.” Afterwards, I was served cold fries and to top it off, my fillet was undercooked, the chicken had some pink portions in it. I threw it out & prayed that I didn’t get salmonella. I was worried for the rest of the day. I told the manager & she barely apologized & asked if I wanted something else. NO, THANK YOU!!

The manager Nestor and staff are very attentive and have a positive attitude!! The food was fresh and tasted great. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!!I recommend stopping by if you’re in the mall!

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it’s the same experience every time. The staff is extremely rude and inattentive — it’s like the lights are on, but nobody’s home. They barely listen while taking orders, and when they get it wrong (which happens often), they get visibly annoyed if you try to correct them. The wait times are painfully slow, and the staff seems completely unbothered by how long customers are waiting. It’s really disappointing because I love Popeyes, but this location needs serious improvement in customer service and efficiency.
