I went into the popeys location February 4th and ordered the 5 faves. 1 breast and 2 legs. Order should have been 5 dollars plus 2 biscuits.
The cashier charged me 11.64 for a signature 3 piece. She seemed sleepy and busy yawning and she claimed she didn’t hear me but there were no barriers for her not to hear me.
Then she says I can’t have 2 legs and a breast. Why not? Im spending my money..the manager is standing right there by the way and said nothing. So I asked for my money back and went to another popeyes out of my way to get what I wanted.
There seems to be a problem with customer service at this location as everytime i come here, I end up leaving and going to another restaurant. The management needs to be replaced with management who cares about the customer. Without customers, your resturant will be out of business.
This is a franchise location….I guess for great service, you have to go to a corporate store..

Christine provided the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I eagerly anticipate speaking with the district manager. She rudely grabbed my hand simply because I requested extra hot sauce. Her behavior is unacceptable and demands her immediate dismissal.

Food was disgusting, I ordered a 3 pc blackened chicken tender combo.. when I got the food it was hot but tasted stale.. the only thing that was good was the fries.. the biscuit is undercooked.. the chicken was stiff and tasted old.. I prefer going to 163rd where I know the food taste better.. The Popeyes in that location needs to do better! Never will go there again!

Employees here don’t respect customers. My little brother recently visited this Popeyes and got his hand grabbed by an employee because he asked for extra hot sauce, meanwhile most Popeyes over-order on inventory. Here’s a picture of the lady who grabbed his hand, and the manager also let another young lady almost throw something at him. This happened on September 1, 2025, at 8:58 pm, and they have cameras and also called the police on him.

Think the food was pretty decent and didn’t really stand out in anyway but the customer service at this location was horrendous. Went in for a pickup and it was super packed but the way the people in the front end handled it was just bad. Had to wait more than 15 to get a simple 3 piece tender that was sitting on the counter for about good portion of the time I was standing there.

My experience at this particular Popeyes was horrible. They had no condiments, no mild chicken, and the wings I received were horrible. Like they had been refried. I feel that they should disclose what they have prior to you ordering. Who is placing the order for the condiments, receipt paper, cups….. because this is ridiculous.Popeyes is too expensive to not have everything that is needed to complete your meal. I give this place 1 star.

The drive-through person and who ever else was in the headset was extremely impatient and rude . It’s important when working in customer service to have the ability to want to help the people who are patronizing your business. No one requires anyone to go to a job so it’s important not to make the customer feel like it’s your fault that they have to be there.

I love popeyes but this location been a really bad experience. Food was great , manager on point but just focusing on drive thru , cashier was really with an attitude, and my son asked for extra sauce and they denied it when other location they treat like a king 2 ad . Unbelievable but popeyes is the best but not this location . Please better costumer service next time

Wow should have definitely looked at all the reviews for going to this location… Order a #2 which is a ghost pepper chicken sandwich and a mac n cheese side and a strawberry cream cheese pie, the picture for the sandwich looks like it comes with cheese, bacon,the sauce and pickles. I hate pickles on a sandwich so I said no pickles, I didn’t know that the cheese and bacon came attached to the pickles so I just got some soggy bread the chicken and a small dallop of sauce. The mac n cheese somehow tasted like cardboard, ended up throwing it away, it was disgusting. This was in the drive thru, the lady never told me the total of my order and the only words out of her mouth were ‘only got apple pie.’ safe to say I’ll never be back again

Very disappointing experience at this Popeyes. The employee at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful, arguing with me when I politely asked for more than one Sweet Heat sauce and refusing to provide the strawberry lemonade I paid for. On top of that, the food wasn’t even prepared to Popeyes’ usual standard. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated after spending my money here.
