Ordered 3 pc for my well, my grandmother she gets the same thing every time I come there and what I asked I repeated the order twice and I said I want the food fresh. The manager with a short blonde hair I just called proceeded to say oh she gave me a breast a leg and a wing argue with me on the phone for about five minutes until I say you’re unprofessional you should take a accountability and I’m about to come back up. There was very rude like that’s not taking accountability. I don’t like that. I don’t need to argue. You didn’t even give me a receipt when I just asked. I was like where is the receipt at? For the chicken was already called. My grandmother just went on and ate the other little pieces of chicken like the fish. Last night was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. I ordered my food prior to getting there.. Family meal, nine pieces, biscuit, fries and pies. The biscuits were missing, I received eight pieces of EXTRA HARD OLD REFRIED CHICKEN. To make matters worst.. Everything was COLD. It’s was after 7pm. Smh.. I’m never eating from there again. I’m not sure if I was upset with myself because I didn’t check the food before driving off or with the staff for serving that nonsense. The box was filled with breast and legs… No wings or thighs. Never again..

I love in Miami however Friends and family from NY and PA had a layover for about 6hours after their cruise. I went to Popeyes ordered about $130 worth of food for a crowd of 16. I was very thirsty and was afraid to ask for a courtesy cup. I got the food and left out the door. There was an employee outside she said you all didnt get a soda, she lead us back in and gave me 2 cups. I thought that was very nice of her because I sure did think we should have gotten something for such a large order. Look at GOD!!! HE hears our cries. It was a nice hours with a house full of unexpected guess.

I was just there to pick up my order.. Marie at the window was very very rude..Seem not wanting to be bothered..I was kind and courteous to her.. She asked me to move forward then backwards..I apologized fir bwing a little further from the window.Her response was “I don’t care about you I only care about the timer…which I reaponded..” I beg you pardon”. She again said “.I don’t care about you I only care about the timer”. I drove off…She needs to work on her disposition because customers are quite valuable to every organization. Her behavior was very rude and disgusting….All The Other employees have being very very warm and kind over the last 38 years.

There were 4 people behind the counter, one customer already being helped. My husband and I stood there for 5 minutes and no one bothered to take our order. We left and went to chick fill A. And what a difference, we walked on at Chick. Fill A and the first thing they do is greet the customer and ask if you are ready to order. Send your employees across the street to chick fill A to get some customer service training.

Suzette needs to be fired immediately! I went in yesterday to pick up my food which I ordered on the app! I told the lady who approached me if I can get Mac n cheese instead of the fries which I ordered as the app was glitching, I also advised her if I can get all thighs instead of a mix. She called over Suzette (the shift manager) and she advised that she wouldn’t be able to help me cause previously someone asked for a change and they reported it to corporate. I advised her that I wouldn’t do that and the app was glitching. The customers who were pending there food or to pay, starting laughing (literally everyone)at her and couldn’t believe she denied me. I than told her that I would report her to corporate and she than made a phone call to her superior to inform them what happened. I go to this location quite often and this never happened to me when the app glitches. She is not management material and should be retrained immediately!

Customer service at this location is horrible. No one smiles, no one greets you as you walk in the door. Manager on duty had the worst attitude. This obviously has trickled down to the employees. Hate walking into this store because attitudes are so poor. If the employees hate their job and people so much, go and find another job. Pieces of chicken are small and offer poor value for price paid.Atmosphere is cold and unfriendly. Homeless people come up to your table asking for hand outs. Felt unsafe and threatened. Especially don’t stop there at night. Manager on duty does nothing to stop this. I would not recommend this location. Drive past this location for your safety and find somewhere where customers are valued. 1.5 stars
