Judy the Restaurant General Manager is always amazing and attentive as well. She was decorating the restaurant with Halloween fixtures. It shows they are passionate about where they work and try to make the environment welcoming and pleasant.
By far the best popeyes with the best service in Miami. Attitude, work ethic etc. Is by far fantastic and exceeds my expectations.
Very pleasant experience at popeyes which is why I meet here once a week for a business lunch and decided to surprise them with a great review.
Judy is always amazing everytime we come very welcoming and an amazing smile. Everyone has such a welcoming attitude. Worth the drive!

Awful experience. 10-2-22 The drive-through was closed. Only two employees working. Limited menu due to only two employees working. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. It was like if the chicken was fried old oil. The chicken was soggy and undercooked. I ordered four breast and paid for four breast. Instead, I got two thighs and two breast. They also forgot my four biscuits. The cashier after handling money was the one that put my food together I should’ve known then.

Horrible service, the guy taking orders for drive thru is on his phone and take my order incorrectly. Luckily I stopped to eat in the parking lot. When I go around the second time he gave me an attitude and when they gave me the bag I noticed I glove in it!!! When I go inside they have the same person cleaning do the food packaging with the same gloves!! This is completely unacceptable! Worst experience ever at a Popeyes!

So I had been trying to hold out on giving a negative review to Popeye’s because I understand there can be mishaps or occasions when a restaurant is short staffed. But there can’t be an issue EVERY TIME I come here. My last visit there sealed my patience!
Miraculously the drive-thru was actually open. There had been times where it’s been blocked off with cones and you have to get off only to have to wait 30-45 minutes just to get your order. This time, there was no hold. I got my order and food rather fast. I was hoping that it was due to a new staff possibly?
Once I got home to eat my food I noticed that the chicken sandwiches (all 4 that I ordered) looked like they were taken out of the trash! They were squished in, with a bunch of old Mayo splattered all over. They didn’t even add pickles! I was infuriated because I rarely make the long drive just to specifically eat their chicken sandwich. Their chicken is almost always good. That’s why I’ve put up with their slow customer service in the past.
Now their food is also lacking so that was my last straw. Especially when they highered the price of the chicken sandwiches from $3.99 to $4.49. And you’re going to serve me that??? Does that look appetizing in the slightest? I also ordered large fries (for $6.49) and I was given a half empty box of stale fries. Are you serious? $26.16 for this?
I’m not sure who is doing the hiring because this seems to be a continuous issue. It’s really affecting their product which is unfortunate because they do have great chicken when it’s done RIGHT! Come on Popeye’s management; get it together!
