Very disappointing experience at this Popeyes. The place was dirty, tables and floors were not cleaned, and trash was overflowing. Customer service was just as bad — no greeting, rude attitude, and no help with a simple question. Management seriously needs to step in. This location does not meet basic cleanliness or service standards.

I had a strange déjà vu experience at this Popeyes. Last Saturday, I came to pick up an order and saw a woman go to the counter saying something was missing — a biscuit or something like that — and the manager gave it to her.
Today, one week later, same day, same time, I came again to pick up another order, and the same woman, wearing the same clothes, did the exact same thing — said the biscuit was missing, and got another one.
Two Saturdays in a row, same person, same story. A bit strange, isn’t it?

This is the worse Popeyes in miami dade county the employees are very rude well not all, I placed an order on the Popeyes app between 11:30pm-11:45 today Tuesday, My order was supposed to be 2 can dine white meat spicy with fries and red beans and rice, When i received my food which was at 12:25am the food was only dark meat all thighs and fries was missing so i contacted the store a female answered the phone and i explained to her about my order being wrong and extremely closed, And she tried to explain to in a very rude way OH THAT WAS ALL WE HAD then she passed the phone to another employee and she said get this phone that’s why i don’t like talking to customers, then the other lady that got on the phone nice and calmly i explained to her on what happened and she tried her best to explain to the manager and he was not trying to hear her, So nobody said nothing then she asks the manager what is it that she supposed to tell me then the manager gets on the phone telling me to go contact doordash and i said sir i worked at popeys before i know the timing on that chicken and he said oh yeah i worked at popeyes for 25 years then i responded to him well sir this not about that it’s about my order so then he said well i don’t know what to tell you and i said ok have a great night, The situation could’ve been handled much better, Number 1 rule alway respect a customer if we are wrong or right but in this situation i was not wrong, And it’s crazy because i was cool calm and collect and that’s the popeyes on 54 street nw 7thavenue

I don’t have an opinion on my food. It was good, but I’m leaving this post for the DoorDash or customers that comes in and have a negative experience me as a domestic violence survivor just my suggestion can you guys please take into consideration of the videos and pictures that you guys post of these ladies faces you don’t know if they’re in hiding or if they’re being abused and they’re looking for them, etc. that you put everybody else in that restaurant at risk not to discredit how you guys feel. It’s just that part is a safety issue for them, especially when you use their names and photos and videos and that alone the shift that they work you really don’t understand what they could be hiding from or dealing with outside of Popeyes. Unacceptable service — mobile order not ready, missing items, and completely unprofessional staff.
We mobile-ordered our food, so everything should have been prepared before we arrived. Instead, they told us to pull up and wait, and we waited past closing time for an order that should’ve already been ready.
They were out of almost everything — no red beans and rice, and they barely had any mashed potatoes and gravy for two of our meals. They also couldn’t upgrade our drinks because so many items were unavailable.
What made this experience even worse was the attitude. When they finally finished the order — still during closing time — the staff had the audacity to yell at us instead of bringing the food out. They were the ones who told us to pull over, and in every restaurant, when the customer is asked to pull up, the staff brings the food out — not the other way around, especially when the delay is because the order wasn’t prepared correctly in the first place.
Watching the car behind us get their food before us, even though we arrived earlier AND mobile-ordered, just showed how disorganized and dismissive this location is.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Waited an Hour for food. There was very little communication during that time. Very unprofessional. Staff came out laughing stating that it was another persons fault, after they waisted an hour of my time and also brought out the wrong order and cold food. This is such a disrespectful experience. It is unbelievable what I just experienced.

If I could give them a zero I would they are the worst Popeyes manager rude cook rude front counter Rude they served with an attitude from the very start they don’t come off welcoming at all and the front counter employee said she thought it was Thanksgiving yesterday so I took it as we didn’t have any business going there that is MY LAST TIME IM NOT FROM HERE BUT BEST BELIEVE I WILL NOT GIVE A GOOD RECOMMENDATION FOR THUS PLACE FOR THE FOOD OR SERVICE THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS POPEYES DOWN OR TAKE THE EMPLOYEES OUT ONE.

Visit this Popeyes at your own risk! There food is just like the attitudes of the employees that work there, cold and disgusting. Professionalism, customer service, order resolution, and a positive atmosphere, is ABSENT from this location. Your best bet is to go little further to the Popeyes on 79th street.

When you order online they don’t even pay attention to the order they just give you whatever they have then we have to wait 15 minutes for a correction B/c they just gave us whatever they had I guess they didn’t want to cook…. And by the way I order the strawberry pie all the time and always get apple instead I have never had it. every time I order it they don’t have it. Are they not cooking any because they are lazy or just running out of it everyday??? You need to tell customers what you don’t have don’t just give me whatever you feel like its not your money to make those decisions. Now you have to make a whole new fresh order wasting all of our time point less
