Made my online order of 9pcs, large fry, and four biscuits. Let them know at the window I would like to order the Freddy Fazbear box and was told it was discontinued. Now all the advertisement are still posted in drive thru and on the windows. Get to the window and they tell me we’re out of biscuits and I can get another side. Well I don’t like the other sides so can I have a chicken sandwich or 3 tenders
The manager says no. Ok I’ll wait for the biscuits but would like five since your making me wait. Compensate the customer at least. Did not offer a drink, an apology or nothing. So now I’m waiting 10 mins for 4 biscuits. You advertise a deal you have discontinued which is false advertisement because it’s even online.
They did redeemed themselves! The young man at the window went over and beyond. He gave me 7 biscuits and apologized. I only asked for one extra but the fact that he did more than the manager on duty deserves some form of appreciation fpr his commitment to customer service. Maybe he should be the manager or assistant manager. The chicken was fresh, hot, and, spicy as ordered. The fries were as expected. Management please note the young black man in drive thur saved you from a bad review as well as a complant to corporate. Take down all the advertisement for the Freddy box of you don’t have it.

Went through the drive through and ordered two sandwiches. They got both wrong but my friend was ok with what he got so I went in to get mine fixed. Told him I ordered a bacon and cheese spicy chicken sandwich and just got a regular spicy sandwich with nothing on it. He said he’ll fix it and gave me the new sand which. When I opened it I realized he just slapped some cold cheese on top and a few pieces of cold bacon. I guess I got what I asked for?

Those 2 kid employees at Popeyes mad rude. When I asked to review my order politely, the boy that was on the window around 4pm gave me a nasty look. I asked for napkins twice, no napkins. After I said thank you, no response. He was rushing me and seemed that he was mad after i asked to review and explain the order. Do better popeyes.

Order on the app, I arrived prior to receiving order ready email. Upon entering I went to the pick up area and was asked my name. The order wasn’t ready but the young man you attended me started working on it right away. It took about 7 mins to get my order, but I did go during prime time, 4:30ish. Also, I was missing 4 apple pies when I got home.

We recently ran into this Popeyes in Coral Springs. A crew member mentioned they opened about six months ago.
We went through the drive-thru the first time, but it was very busy, so we went inside. There was a handful of customers and what looked like a full crew. Everyone was attentive and being productive!
The best part of our experience was the food! We a spicy chicken sandwich meal, a chicken tenders meal, and I had the juiciest chicken sandwich to date, plus red beans & rice that actually didn’t taste like the container the chain serves it in. I also love that they have a soda machine with lots of beverage choices, including my go-to: Seagrams ginger ale!
They were playing fun music while we sat in the large corner booth. This promises to be a successful business here and we’re sure to come back!

As a former resident of southern Louisiana with adult children, I remember the original Popeyes spicy chicken well. My food in FL was hot, not greasy, salty and not quite as tasty as it used to be in LA. Needs the salt. Biscuit was hard, not fresh and the fries were great! Self service ordering was fairly easy s was payment. No root beer in the drink dispenser. Atmosphere was fine for any fast food place & was clean.

I am just so disappointed.. I love Popeyes and after working 9 long hours as a pregnant women I came to the drive through for my favorite meal. I got me and my daughter the 2 pc chicken meal with Mac and cheese. I get all the way home and they only put one Mac and cheese and I’m missing the whole second side.. this is the second time this has happened to me in the first time was they didn’t put my biscuits in my meal and now this time it’s the mac & cheese, which was my favorite part.. And then I didn’t get a receipt at the drive-through and when I called the guy told me to come through with my receipt and being pregnant I did not want to have to go all the way back after working nine long hours.. I asked them to please pay attention before they pass the food out.. I didn’t have time to check my food because there was a long line and I didn’t want to make people wait.. ):

I literally never eat at Popeyes and the one time I decide to stop by you guys give me this shit Smh. The bag literally reeked of oil and the shrimp looked like they were just sitting around and because someone was too lazy to drop new shrimp they just dropped these again and refried them a second time. The shrimp were hard as a rock and literally looked like pebbles. The fries were ice cold. The old thing that was good was the frozen lemonade smh. I swear this is the first and last time you’ll ever get my money

The lady at the front was rude. She told us the lobby was closed and that we had to leave. It was 10:04, but the picture on the door CLEARLY says the lobby closes at 11. We just wanted to order our food and leave. We typically go inside, so that we can check our food in front of the employees. However, even if we did want to sit it shouldn’t have been an issue since there were other people sitting down eating and it says the lobby closes at 11. We didn’t want to eat there after the interaction. I mean who knows what they would’ve done to our food? We went to the location on commercial in lauderhill instead, we went inside and ordered no problem. There were other people inside also ordering and the staff was way more friendly. DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION ON ATLANTIC. I highly recommend the COMMERCIAL BLVD location in LAUDERHILL where they have better customer service and a way better atmosphere! The picture I’ve added is of the sign outside the atlantic location that says their lobby is open until 11 pm.

I order two chicken sandwich combos . My sandwich is not edible . Took a bite literally spit out . The skin came off the chicken quick af. Chicken is hard. Order at 11:57 got home at 12:15 and called them immediately. Called them 3 times no answer line is busy . Never again!
