Most Terrible customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Customer Service is at an all time low.
I went to this location on Thursday night 02/12/26 around 8:10pm . I went inside to place my order. I was seen by the staff working behind the counter. I was the only customer there despite a someone picking up for uber eats. PHIBIE, you completely ignored me. I was shocked that this employee literally locked eyes with me and didn’t acknowledge me or send someone to take my order if she was so busy. Everyone was busy tending to the drive through. Even the female manager wearing a Grey shirt allowed the behavior by not intervening nor being obsverant of staff behavior.
Another employee (tallest guy there, slim, African American)came to the counter with a box he was opening. He saw me there waiting and didn’t query if I was waiting or not. I had to ask him he could take my order. He then asked if his co-worker was just ignoring me, which I replied yes.
My order was taken, then I had to endure another wait. I watched he was putting an ordee together. I wondered if it was mine. It was left sitting out as Phibie was still behind the counter going back and forth talking over the prepared food that was left sitting open. A young female walked up to the counter and started talking to Phibie, asking her what time her shift ends. Phebie was asking her what she wanted and began preparing some food for her without an order being placed. All this, and my order is still pending. I never moved. I was just there observing staff behavior.
The guy that took my order, served someone else after me. I got pissed and showed my receipt as in to ask “what about me?” To which he replied “oh” and proceeded to grab the food that has been sitting there for how long!
I told him I didn’t want that batch due to it being sitting out for so long. He then proceeded to throw the box of chicken I didn’t want with the other fresh chicken that was was prepared. I couldn’t belive it. With attitude. He mumbled something while preparing me a new box, bagged it with the receipt and napikns then threw it down in front of me without making eye contact. He immediately went to serve someone else. I needed sauce so I asked him and he grabbed a few and threw it in bag with an air of dismissal.
I know its food fast but common courtesy should always prevail. Follow the golden rule. Imagine if It was you or a loved one behind the counter.
I hope this review does not get overlooked and a manager or franchise owner sees this and takes action. The manager, Phibie , tall rude dude needs to go.

I Came To This Location And Asked For A 6 Piece Wing Combo (Mild And Plain) The Lady On The Speaker Took The Rest Or My Order And Asked Me To Proceed To The Next Window. When I Got To The Window The Lady Then Told Me That I Cant Get The Six Piece As A Combo With “Plain Wings” So I Asked Her Instead Of Getting The Six Wings Can I Just Get A Two Piece Combo With A Leg And Thigh. She Told Yes. When I Got Home And Opened My Food I Noticed That Not Only Did She CHARGED Me For A Two Piece But The Two Piece Was NOT In There And She Also Gave Me The Wings That I “Couldn’t” Get As A Combo. I Took A Bite Out Of The Wings And Noticed That They Were Spicy Not Mild. I Tried Calling The Store To Explain What Happen To See If Maybe They Can Exchange It For Me But Instead I Ended Up Reaching The Night Manager. She Did Mention That She Will Be There All Night But When I Asked Who Am I Speaking With So I Know Who I Am Talking To She Refused To Give Me Her Name NUMEROUS OF TIMES. She Asked Me My Name And I Gave It To Her With No Problem The Very First Time She Asked Me. I Myself Manage A Store As Well, Not The Same Company But I Am A Manager. That Was Poor Customer Service . The Food Has Always Been Great There But Today Was A Very Bad Experience. Hopefully I Can Maybe Speak With The General Manager But Again I Was Not Pleased With The Service . The Wings Looked Old .

Ordered 3 Popcorn Shrimp Combos. 2 with mashed potatoes and 1 with fries. Ordered a 4 piece strawberry biscuits as well.
What I actually received was 2 boxes with shrimp and one biscuit in each. No mashed potatoes. The third box had fries, a biscuit , and 6 pieces of shrimp.
No mashed potatoes or strawberry biscuits. They did put strawberry and grape jelly packets in the bag.
I will never order from this location again. They don’t know how to prepare their meals. What’s funny is that I ordered from a different Popeyes two days ago and I was so impressed at the speed, accuracy, and delivery of that order that I decided to try this location out. A mistake I won’t be doing again.

I had to wait 32 min for 3 pieces of chicken and some chicken dippers. I would’ve 100% ordered non spicy to not wait since I had an entire hour before work and wanted to be able to eat! I specifically asked and OFFERED to pay for extra sauce that they ensured me was in the bag which of course wasn’t. 10-15 min wait is cool. OVER half an hour simply isn’t. Complete waste of almost $30 and I didn’t even get to eat before work.
