You know which exact demographic works here. Lazy, clueless workers. Messed up my order 2 times, charged 2x of what the special offer price, and gave me wrong food. When I gave it back, had to wait another 15 minutes, and got a wrong order again. In total I spend 40 minutes here waiting for food, and they still got it wrong. Does the owner not care at all? Why would you hire people like that?

I live across the street from this location. I can’t understand why their always out of chicken. It was 11am and there was no variety of chicken. My choices was wings, breast regular and all spicy was my other choice. I asked for the manager and I asked why didn’t they have chicken ready this early. Her response was this is a chicken place right when I went to respond she close the drive thru door in my face.. very rudely. We need to see more responsible people at this location.

Today at 7:05 I contacted the store I had ordered the pickle bundle which included the fried pickles the lemonade drink along with the wings and a sandwich then they also have advertised buy one sandwich get another one for free so that would’ve been three sandwiches a fried pickle Bun bundle meal which also included the lemonade pickle drink and the wings . My Uber driver was nice enough to turn back around and go back and pick up the drink since they forgot to give it to him the bag was already sealed so it has nothing to do with the Uber driver not knowing what’s inside of the bag so they hand it to him sealed when it arrived to my house then I opened the bag not only that I noticed that the sauces were missing that I had ordered, that the sandwich that was supposed to come with the pickle bundle was missing, And the wings was missing, but the worst part about the situation is when I contacted the store a very rude and I’m going to say ghetto gentleman answered the phone and I was trying to explain to him and he kept telling me to slow down and when I allowed him to explain he said that it’s not the store‘s fault that it is the Uber driver‘s fault and that the store needs to stop being blamed and hung up the phone on me I tried to call back numerous of times nobody was answering. Whoever the person was that answer the phone today at 7:05 PM at that store definitely needs to be removed or fired! That is no way that Popeyes treats customers and that is no way to have food delivered for someone who pays good money things are very expensive nowadays especially Food.

I should’ve known from my uber eats experience that this Popeyes is trash but I’ve came back not twice but three times and definitely the third time in this instant is not a charm. Chicken tenders hard as a rock very dark as if the oil is old. Food cold. Literally can they do anything right in this establishment. They need to just shut it down. Rebrand new employees that actually care about how their company is viewed. Manager in blue shirt a women hiding in the background which mean she approves of the food that is being served again whole revamp of management and employees is needed. If it wasn’t the closest Popeyes near my home I probably wouldn’t have gave it three chances but actually heading to 411 whenever I do get a craving of Popeyes is better.

Horrible and I shouldn’t b surprised it’s 11:30pm, I feel like having a sandwich so I drove to this location, only to be called a dumbass by the guy over the speaker when I asked for a meal and more time to figure out what else I was getting! Needless to say I left, I didn’t want to risk someone spitting on my food! Now when I get type of service or no service and I get disrespected just because it’s when I don’t feel sorry for service people not making enough money and it just sucks that one person ruins everything for the rest because now I am putting everyone another store on the same basket and my thought is that they are all trash!

I don’t understand why this location is still open! This is the third time I have ordered the 25 dollar family tender meal deal and have been given less tenders than I was suppose to receive. I was given 4 tenders and 4 pieces of what appeared to be nuggets that were super hard and dry. I was short 4 pieces of tenders. My biscuits were wrapped wax paper and not placed in a box. My drinks lacked substance as if the bag in a box ran out since the morning shift . I tasted lighty flavored seltzer water. This deal comes with four drinks. I drove all the way home to a very hungry family and everyone here now hates this popeyes location. Not only do you have to wait long but to receive wrong orders doesn’t make it better. Please hire better staff that understands the art of customer service.

I would’ve given this place the lowest star possible!!! I came around 11 pm at night to order food I was never and I mean never acknowledged in the drive through. I was there for 5 minutes and up. I’m thinking it’s an issue or maybe that location is closed even though it’s says closed at 12 at night. I then decide to drive around and the person who was waiting behind me in line was being serviced I even seen about 3 workers in there taking orders. I am a very understanding person as I have worked fast food before and know the struggles. But come on people do better!!! At least greet me and tell me wait I don’t care if I had to wait 5, 10 even 15 minutes but a simple wait would’ve done it. Even if you are craving Popeyes at night like I was DON’T go to this location!!! They will treat you like you don’t even exist so shameful. Popeyes do better as a company and teach your employees the basic human skill of just saying “hi”, believe me they will go far with that. -1/10 experience.

WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER! The lady gave me the wrong bag/order, I politely gave the bag back and told them I just ordered tenders combo meal and she game me a whole family order. I followed up after 30-40 mins about my order at the counter and the lady said she already gave me a bag and she’s got nothing for me.
I accidentally threw my receipt. In the end she just gave me 5 pcs tenders. Just tenders without the side/fries, dip, biscuit and water I ordered that should come with the meal. I’ve been in the store for an almost an hour, and at that point, no arguing can make my order right.
On top of that, she made it seam like it was all my fault???? that I should have just taken the wrong bag when she called me???

I don’t advise using the app to order; I ordered at 6:22pm today, I got my order fulfilled at 6:55pm. They didn’t see or they forgot about my order and didn’t start working on it until the second time I asked about it.
+ One of the ladies was really nice and polite; I really appreciated her correcting herself when she misgendered me
