Today is 9/5/25 I went in at 11 am. I don’t know if it’s like this every day but the chicken was not greasy,fried to perfection, and the staff was courteous. Great job today!! I normally never eat poepyes, but this location was great! Only if other locations did this well,it would be a great fast food chain.

The server gave me incorrect pricing information, which resulted in less food and a completely unacceptable mix. Normally, this location is fast, accurate, and friendly. I ordered a 12 piece meal. She said it was cheaper to get just the 12 piece and 2 sides. I asked for 2 large potatoes. I got 1 large and 1 small. No biscuits, which I realized after I paid. Lesson learned. Don’t trust the information a new employee gives you. And definitely verify that a 12 piece means 3 breasts, 3 wings, 3 legs, and 3 thighs. I got 1 breast, 1 thigh, 4 drumsticks, and 6 wings.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had I GET it’s Christmas but this worker was so pathetic and sad she had no social skills and or an ounce of kindness. We spent 36$ for her to fill my mac n cheese half way. Tha. Charge us for ONE sauce after 36$??? Nah count your days this is B.S. I’ll be back only to get my refund I know that much

Popeyes in Vero West is sadder every day! There is too often sarcastic workers at the cashier. Order the 10 piece wings and are told they don’t have any when your staring right at them. Or how about wanting two apple pies that are right in front of your eyes and told it will be 10 minutes. Would be a great spot for a Popeye’s!

By far the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I was on my way home from a road trip. I was greeted and served with out an attitude. First time I’ve ever ordered at a Popeyes and not felt guilty for asking for simple things like sauces or utensils. To the employees who were working keep crushing it!

Ordered a family meal, well almost 30 minutes later I finally walked out of there just to get home and find the sides were wrong and they threw all the chicken. Spicy & Regular right on top of each other. This place has gone down hill. Don’t waste your time here. Go to the one on US1.
