The food itself was terrible. The fries tasted like they had been re-fried all day, and the chicken wings were cold and not cooked properly. On top of that, they didn’t give me the sauces I requested, not even a single napkin.
As I was leaving, I realized they never gave me my drinks. When I went back inside, the employee started laughing when she saw me—she was drinking one of my drinks because she thought I had already left. Instead of apologizing, she walked to the back, and another employee had to hand me my cups.
Every time I come to this location, there is always an issue, but this experience was the last straw. I won’t be returning again. I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the Lake Underhill location where the service is much better.
The chicken is definitely not fresh, you can tell, not just by looks but by taste too.
At first when I opened the wings box I was a tad disappointed because I expected a better presentation, but you can’t expect much with fast food. On the other hand the wings were good (not great) The only thing about the wings is that there’s a powdery texture as you bite, I don’t know if this is because of the flour or whatever they mixed the wings with. Didn’t like this part very much. Chicken box was disappointing, I expected mixed pieces of chicken, including chicken breasts and other parts but I received mostly thighs and legs.
Wasn’t big and juicy like described, and some legs looked like drumsticks. If you like Popeyes great! but I don’t see it as a place I’ll be ordering from often, maybe in the future if they make things better. Stomach felt upset after eating. I wouldn’t recommend you order this too much. Maybe once in a while.
I sincerely hope corporate sees this review and takes swift action to repair the A/C so both guests and staff can enjoy a safe and comfortable environment.
At that point, the manager abruptly told me that if I was going to place an online order, I needed to leave the drive-thru. I asked her to repeat what she said, and she stated it again in the same manner. I was very upset by the way I was spoken to, as I had simply asked for a brief moment to change my order. Due to this interaction, I felt uncomfortable continuing and left the location to eat elsewhere.
I later called the store to speak with the manager about the incident. While explaining what had occurred, I was told that the promotion was online-only. I explained that I understood this and that my intention was to order something different, but I was not given the opportunity to do so. The manager then stated that she did not say what I described, which I respectfully disagreed with.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations, and as a result, I will not be returning to this location
This location of Popeyes refused to take my order at the counter when I requested assistance. One kiosk was out of order, and the employee stated there was “no manager” and pointed to a sign instructing customers to use the kiosk.
Customers are not required to explain or disclose a disability in order to receive reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Refusing counter service and directing all customers to kiosks—without providing assistance or an alternative—demonstrates a blatant disregard for ADA compliance.
You lost my business today, and I will not return. More importantly, this kind of policy excludes and discriminates against people with disabilities.
Never changed for years which we are happy with ,
All family loves the food , never disappointed us ,
