I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Amelia for the absolutely amazing service she gave us at the drive-thru. From the second we pulled up, her attitude was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming — and that makes such a difference.
She didn’t just take our order; she made sure everything was right, double-checked details, and went the extra mile to make sure we left completely satisfied. You can tell she truly cares about customers having a great experience. It’s rare to see that level of attention and positive energy, especially in a drive-thru setting.
Because of Amelia, we didn’t just get food — we left happy. She deserves major recognition for her professionalism, kindness, and for going above and beyond. Five stars isn’t enough — she’s a 5+ all the way!

The Manager Terrance was outstanding, some of the customers were so rude and he kept his cool and was getting all the orders. He let people know that there order would ready in a few minutes . I commend him and his crew and there positive attitude. I live in south Carolina but I recommend this popeyes .

Don’t order on ubereats, there’s a good chance they’ll mess your order up. I wasn’t even able to get a refund. I received someone’s plain boneless wings when I ordered lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. I wasn’t even gonna order here for this reason but decided to give it a chance since I just wanted something quick to eat.

Since I did not want to wait, I had to order 4 pieces spicy chicken because it was ready as opposed to 15 mn wait for regular chicken. I got to the drive through window and she told me to park. I’ve been waiting now outside over 30 mns. Finally I had to go in to get my food otherwise I could have been here waiting for hours . (It appeared they forgot about me even though they told me to park in the front) You can’t make this up. Unbelievable! Some of these dumb folks here need to be properly trained about customer service before they ruin this place.

Food was great!!! Counter service didn’t acknowledge new guests. 15 min wait times with only 2 guests. All trashes were completely full, mens room trash overflowing, urinal out of order and the stall doesn’t lock so hopefully nobody walks in while you do your business.great kitchen though good food. Just don’t go inside.

If I could give zero I would. I had SIX Uber drivers waiting for my order. The first one even messaged me at 7.20pm to say they had no coleslaw – all well and good. It’s the fact I didn’t get my order till 8.33pm. All Uber drivers were sat waiting. Not like I ordered a tonne of food. I asked for a cheese PAID for cheese to be put on my burger pathetic. My other half got surf and turf… one small piece of shrimp?? Absolutely ridiculous.
Came here and was so excited to order popeyes as it’s not in the UK Jesus I would never recommend it.
My blackened chicken was incredibly dry and tough.
Difficult cause I’m not from here on holidays and the weather was awful so thought ordering would be great so we couldn’t ring them to see what the story was.
Absolutely regret it.

Inconsistent pieces of chicken. I paid extra for breast pieces in my 2 can dine order, and one of the breasts was literally a fried bone. There was no meat on it. I made it to the store in time to watch them making my order for carry out and saw the lady grab the breast, look at it on both sides, hesitate on putting it back under the heat lamp, then eventually put the piece in my box. She said something to the back cooks because there were no more breast pieces out. But she could’ve at least told me when she gave me my order. I didn’t know what was going on when I was there, but once I got back to my hotel that’s where it clicked and I knew why she hesitated on putting that breast piece in my box. With all the dinnertime traffic in Orlando, I didn’t feel like going back to the store.
If you’re getting carry out here, make sure you check all your bag contents and chicken pieces! A lady had to come in and request her missing mashed potatoes since they forgot to put one in her bag when she went through drive through. She seemed upset she had to park and come in.

Visited this location on yesterday. I placed a mobile order and it didn’t take them any time. The guy who gave me my food was very polite. The line they had when I went in was gone by the time I fixed my drink and got everything I needed. The drive thru even moves fast. Food was hot fresh and good. Biscuit was a little hard but the honey did the trick.

I went on January 2nd, at 8:35 p.m., to pick up an order, and the employee who was preparing the orders is very rude and impolite. I only asked about an order, and she refused to accept that someone could ask a question. She disrespected me and started telling another employee that apparently I didn’t understand that I had to wait. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this employee. That’s why we drivers don’t like going to this Popeyes since the service is HORRIBLE. I don’t know how they allow an employee like that to work in their business.
