Popeye’s was on the menu for dinner tonight. I chose to dine in, getting in line, I waited, waited & waited. It seems the driver-thru has first call, when 8 people are in line in front of you? Restaurants have forgotten about standing customers. Drive-thru’s are a luxury for people that choose to sit, in most cases. I don’t get it! The food was good & hot, guy at counter was friendly. Don’t look for a receipt here, because the printers have been out for months!

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru line for me to find out that they didn’t have the food that we wanted to order. It was only a select menu that we could order from. As I’m talking to the original person who was assisting me, another person tried to speak up. I’m not talking to you beloved. Go make some food that people can actually order and eat.

I agree with the rest of the comments. This is the worst Popeyes ever. Literally the 2 times I have been, I have had to wait in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes. Its a bunch of kids working here who have no type of professionalism nor respect. When I want fast food, this will not be my choice. 0 stars.

I as just at this location and the staff members on shift were very unprofessional. They didn’t greet or even acknowledge the presence of paying customers but they made fun of customers and used entirely too much profanity. At the end of my visit I literally walk out with our anything. Hands down the worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had.

This location don’t deserve the 1 star I’m forced to give them. Absolutely horrible place. Last time I been here was over a year ago, I was reluctant to visit again but it was on the way home. Decided to place an online order, eliminate any confusion about what it is I wanted. After waiting 20 mins in drive thru I finally get to the speaker, was told to wait, 5 mins later; how can they help? I have a mobile order, 10 mins pass, I’m yelling at the box I’m tryna pick up my order, oh we don’t have no ghost pepper wings, bro I been waiting all this time just for you to tell me that, what have you been doing, the boy said “taking orders” long story short don’t go here if you’re looking for “fast food”

Ordered the ghost pepper wings promotion and they ran out of the wings “allegedly” it was pick up only so I wasted time and gas going out there. They refused to substitute my order, manager said they could only give me 2 pieces of chicken no side smh even though the meal obviously comes with one. Oh and I had to cancel the order myself unprofessional.

Due to a so called staff shortage, I waited at least twenty minutes before even being acknowledged as to being in line, an additional ten minutes before I was finally served. The chicken was the worst that I have ever tasted from this establishment. I will not patronage this place again!!

This franchise needs to be shut down, poor communication, and guest service is at an all time low. I was waiting in drive thru before time even closed and they didn’t even have the audacity to even update me or communicate at all, when i went to the window the worker was on her phone and couldn’t even bother to look my way. This establishment is terrible, even the kids that’s right next to mcdonald’s do better than this.

Worst ever! We go and order then sit in a line of cars no movement for over 15 minutes so we just left. They close whenever they want and service horrible. We got out of line and went to McDonald’s…they always on point
