I understand it takes a long time to make fried chicken, but I don’t understand why they have to be so rude and mean about it. I love Popeyes, but I won’t eat it this one again. I think you should save this for international Who?. Just want to try it one time when they come to the states.

If you are wondering if the bad attitude still exist here, yes it does! I forgot my sauces. No big deal at all getting them to give me two for a five piece tenders was apparently a big deal for the lady refused. So the very kind man Edgar gave it to me. About halfway through eating my meal I noticed I didn’t get my fries either. On my way back to the counter I can already see one of the employees muttering about me and side eyeing me. I asked for my fries attitude the entire time. The owner doesn’t care they are gonna reply to this post and the same bs will carry on.

when they tell you it’ll be 6 minutes because they are cooking more chicken. expect to wait 20+ mins. on a slow slow slow Tuesday. Not sure the lack of hustle here.

This Popeyes is horrible. What’s the point of ordering ahead of time if I don’t get the food until an hour later. I placed an order at 2:40pm and set my pick up time for 3:15pm. I didn’t get my food until 3:40pm and then when I asked for my sauce I already paid for the person at the counter told me I had to pay for the ONE sauce I already paid for.

I haven’t seen a mall food court this busy in 20 years but the staff at this Popeyes is slinging hot and fresh chicken and are really friendly while doing it. If I was local, I could see this being a regular spot to visit. Definitely the nicest Popeyes staff I’ve ever visited. Literally the only bad thing I can say about them is that now it’s going to make all of the other Popeyes I visit pale in comparison I’m afraid.

Incredibly slow service and rude staff. Waited 30 minutes in line for food and when asked the girl at counter about it she practically dumped the food in front of us. The people in line said we had been very patient and her behaviour was unacceptable. Spoke with the manager but I don’t think cared.
There are lots of other options in this food court. Avoid Popeyes!!!!

We’re from out of town and saw the 2.1 stars and had to leave a review! First, Leigh was working her tail off, give her a raise! Everyone was, but she was getting it done! I wish every Popeyes near me had someone like her running hard when it’s super busy, thank you!

It took 45 mins to receive my food and when we recieved it the chicken was raw. I was told by the manager it would be an additional 7 minss and I was over waiting. The store refused to give me a refund. So now I have to dispute the charge for food I didn’t receive. Don’t eat here!
