The wait time at this restaurant was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Very poor customer service. Do not order from this location the staff is rude and the wait time to get your food is ridiculously long. It took me over an hour to get my order. I’ll never order from this location again

Placed a mobile order. Arrived and because they didn’t have chicken tenders ready they are going to tell me I have to cancel my order. Not that they ran out of tenders but that they are frozen. Keep in mind they close at midnight and the order was placed at almost 9:30. So what they are really saying is they’re being lazy and refusing to make what they have & fulfill orders. The mobile app didn’t say “not available” because they were available clearly. When I asked if they can substitute for something else the response was an instant “no because it’s on the receipt”. Someone tell me where that made sense. I asked for manager she never came to the window just kept having the same person stating the order has to be cancelled on our end and no customer service skills to handle the situation. No other offers or suggestions mind you we placed a $25 order. Then on top of the that the app was giving us a problem to cancel altho the brilliant staff & manager suggested that’s what needed to be done. This is exactly why I don’t ever order from most of the fast food on colonial side by pine hills because sadly most of them have poor service

The manager of that restaurant is an arrogant person, the person who takes orders on the Drive is an arrogant person who throws food at you and yells at a very ugly one, that woman shouldn’t be there, they should sanction her at about 12:44 at night, practically at dawn, October 31. Dawn November 1, 20 25 this lady came to buy an order and the lady came out angry, yelling at me and I was telling her that it was what I needed and she yelled at me in front of a lot of people that we were queuing, waiting at that time. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes when I tried to order I was told go ahead. When I started to order I was told very kurtly hold on. Hold on. I waited another 5 minutes and she never took my order. I parked and walked in. She refused to take my order. When I asked if she was going to take my order she said NO you drove off I’m not serving you Bye,! When I said she spoke rudely to me she kept saying Bye bye. I don’t appreciate this treatment and she should be fired for her nasty attitude and disrespect. She has long braids and long nails she was working the drive thru at 12:22pm Wednesday 12/22

No one in this place is better than the other. They deserve half star. I went to pick up an order. No one is talking to for like 3/4 an hour. When they hand the food is was there since the second I arrived. They were busy doing nothing just chatting with each other. Your place is not clean and you’re not nice. I don’t know why people still going there.
I suggest that these employees name clearly tagged on them I would give each off them what they deserve.

Very Disappointed – Unacceptable Experience

I am writing regarding a mobile pickup order I placed on 12/14/25 at 11:29 AM, The order was for a 16-Piece Spicy Signature Chicken Family Meal.
When I pulled up to the drive-thru to receive my order, I immediately noticed a very strong and unpleasant odor coming from the bag. Due to the smell, we did not take any of the food. We then went inside the restaurant and realized the odor appeared to be coming from the store itself as well and resembled dirty mop water.
I spoke with the general manager, Arketa, who was unprofessional and dismissive. She refused to cancel the order in her system and told me I had to handle everything through the app. She also appeared offended when I mentioned the smell, despite it being very noticeable.
Being one of the first customers of the day, which made the experience even more disappointing. The store smelled unsanitary, and the staff’s attitude was rude and disrespectful. I will not eat food from a location that presents these conditions.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expect better standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Edit: since I’m unable to reply to the owner, I have to edit my review. We had visited twice and both times had the same problem. It was on 9/27/25 at 9pm at this location. And the second time was on 10/4/25 around the same time at 9:20pm, also at this location

We ordered the hot ones limited time food and we had to talk to three separate people to actually order it, because they had no idea what we were talking about; despite all the posters on the windows and the big sign on the menu instead and outside

I don’t know what’s going on at this restaurant; they never have chicken, and if they do, it’s cold. They’re understaffed, and it takes them about 15 minutes just to take your order. They barely have any customers anymore. If they keep this up, they’ll close down.
