The food is usually good, but the restaurant dining room is always neglected, dirty tables and trash and they don’t really maintain the drink station.
Food always takes forever to get. I’ve been here several times and it always takes forever. Today was no different. Food took forever to get and was cold when I finally got it.
The also always forget condiments, silverware, and sometimes drinks. Then flagging someone down to get it is a pain in the butt because they don’t monitor the front desk.
It’s also dumb there is no way to order a biscuit on the kiosks, you have to add it in the impulse section but most people just skip through that so I forget it half the time.

My husband picked up a late dinner tonight (7pm), they completely left out 1 meal and the 2 kids meals which were for a 4 & 5 year old who do not handle spicy were spicy chicken instead of original. None the less 3 meals were wasted money. I love Popeyes and after recently moving to this area I was excited to have one close. We most likely will not be back

STAY AWAY!!! The food is horrible in this location. It’s feels unsafe and looks shady. They are trying to force customers to use the self order touch screen kiosk. You can only order directly from an employee if you pay cash. We saw several employees in the kitchen area just hanging out talking and laughing. Not actually working. They don’t have anyone at the counter. They only come out when your order is done. Two customers came in from the drive through saying that no one answered them when they tried to order. When they finally brought our food out it was disgusting. Their Mac &cheese was soaked in oil. The chicken was tough and dry and the fries were soggy and greasy. I think the only way they are able to stay in business is catching travelers who exit I95 looking for fuel and a quick meal. They do the absolute minimum for service and food quality because they know the unhappy customers will never return. They just wait for the next victim to see their sign and take the exit not knowing the hassle of ordering and the possibility of getting food poisoning from eating what may possibly be road kill with Louisiana spices. So for the health and safety of you and your family, drive past their exit. Don’t be Like the characters in the movie of the same name and make the “wrong turn”. Turning here may cost you more than your hard earned money.

Popeyes isn’t known for customer service at any of their restaurants, I get it. But this was ridiculous. Possibly the worst managed restaurant. I was already reluctant to go to Popeyes due to poor customer service. But I thought I would give it another try. I ordered online, went inside to about 20 people standing around waiting for their food order. My order showed it was ready on the screen and on the App but it was nowhere to be found. Long story short, that was the same with everyone waiting. The average was a 45 min wait. I tried to cancel and get a refund on the App but the customer service clearly is not a priority for Popeyes. Just image what Popeyes could do (profits, customer loyalty, etc) if they trained their staff, streamlined logistics, and had decent store managers.

They’ve lost our order on two separate occasions. The worker(s) who are in the store are always trying their best. But the owner/manager of this store does not put enough people in the schedule to work here. I have seen on two occasions that there was one employee manning the entire store. The other two occasions two people were manning the store, which is not enough to take orders, cook, and package up food. On Halloween I ordered a family meal, not a customer in the drive thru or the store the entire time, 34 minutes to get food with no other custoners. I do not blame the employees, this is a management issue.

The manager working today and an employee got into a verbal altercation. There was about 10 people in the lobby waiting on food. They were cursing at each other. The manager didn’t do a good job at refusing the situation, instead would start the argument back up. The curse words were loud and I felt uncomfortable, especially since my 16 year old was present. The manager could have handled and refused it better in my opinion.
Granted drive-thru was busy and people make mistakes.. but that was a bad situation. I wanted to pull them both to the side and get them to chill out. I thought it would get physical at one point.

We waited 15 minutes to order at the counter. There aren’t really too many customers. Yes a few but not too many. It’s crazy. I can see the staff are really stressed. There are flyers and coupons on the counter and the deals are good. Good that it took only 5 minutes to get the food.
The red bean and rice is hot and tasty. The chicken sandwich is not very hot but still very good and thick and juicy. It’s big. It’s way way better than Wendy’s in all aspect. Chicken thigh and spicy breast are good too. A very satisfying meal for the both of us.

This is my second time eating at this location. First time was horrible, our food was wrong and cold and took forever to get (30 min). I’m always willing to give a restaurant a second chance. Today we went for lunch. Again food was cold. I did not receive what I PAID for. Very disappointed. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOACATION. I would suggest find another restaurant if you are in the Titusville. It’s not worth your money or the extremely long wait time to get your food and then it’s the wrong item. If I could give a zero star, I would.

Want to give them one more more try. Gave me spicy chicken when I didn’t order it, hate spicy. Order was all wrong so of course wasn’t good. They didn’t even give me a biscuit.
They have bad attitudes here, she left the mic on at drive thru while I was waiting. I should have recorded what she was saying to the other customer at the window.
Mac and cheese was all that was good.
Won’t be back for sure!

Tonight was the third time I have gone through the drive through and received the WRONG chicken. I have a son who is autistic. He always wants five SPICY tenders; he will not eat the mild ones. I always tell the person I’m ordering from how important it is that I get the SPICY tenders. I check the receipt when I get to the window and confirm that it indicates SPICY. Alas, I drive the ten miles back home and give the order to my son. He leaves all of the chicken on his plate and tells me “NOT SPICY.” It’s not even a problem for me to pay almost $18 for a fast food meal that I waited in line for 30 minutes to even order, but it is a problem to drive 20 miles round trip and bring home food that I didn’t order that my son won’t eat. Please train and encourage your staff to get it right. We’re currently frequent customers, but we won’t be for long if this continues.
