I ordered food from Popeyes today it was the worst food I’ve ever gotten. The chicken sandwiches were dry no seasoning taste like plain grease. I asked for a boneless wings and ended up with bone in wings. The fries were cold. No Cajun seasoning like come on man do better.

Every time I come here, I have an issue! Every time I come here…. I order drums and thighs and they tell me it’s going to be a 15-minute wait ,a 20-minute wait, a 17 min wait, a 40 minute wait. It changes every time I get there. They are shitty about it every single time. It’s like they’re mad at me for wanting my food. But me buying my food, is what keeps you in business!!!!!!!! It makes zero sense!!!!! Honestly, I’d rather go to Publix across the street and get chicken from now on bc the service here is just that terrible! I refuse to spend that much money for food that’s not that great and service that’s horrible.

I went there today to just have a chicken tender basket like usual and I get to the end of one of my tenders and I notice a long red piece of hair in my food and on top of that I look and the chicken dead raw inside definitely will not be ordering from here again.

This location does not cater for instore customers. I made a mobile order online and went in-store to pick up because of the long line. I was told 7 minutes for spicy to be ready because there was very few pieces on the rack. When the spicy came out, they served the customers in the drive thru and told me I had to wait an additional 8 minutes as if my order didn’t matter. Total disregard for my order which was there first. Shows very poor customer service. Offering me a drink while I continue to wait just does not compensate for my time. I am totally not please. Still sitting in store waiting while I write this review.

What a joke. I noticed that Popeye’s had a DoorDash deal where if you buy a dozen wings you get a dozen wings for free, which is objectively a great deal, but that’s the only positive thing I have to say. I ordered the garlic parm and the honey lemon pepper flavors, and apparently Popeyes doesn’t offer EITHER of those flavors anymore. If you don’t have those flavors anymore, why don’t you REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR DOORDASH MENU?! How’s that for an idea?? So, instead of getting the two flavors I wanted my wings to be, I end up receiving 24 PLAIN wings and a handful of bbq sauce cups (which tasted awful, btw). The wings themselves were bland, the breading wasn’t crispy, and they are pretty average in size.
It’s totally unacceptable to offer a DoorDash deal on a specific item, and then not have your menu up to date for that item. Try harder.

Food was cold and tasted old. I ordered a large fry and the box was half empty. I went into the store to ask if it was a large fry, the employee said yes but it should be more filled. Yet made no attempt to fill the box up, but accepted me paying for another fry that literally had the same amount. I ordered 10 tenders and got 8. So disappointed, this store use to have great food and service.

We got a cup of the newish honey bbq on the side they didn’t put the lid on and it was dumped everywhere I have one kid who wanted it one kid who didn’t so I had to stop somewhere else to get more food for the 1 kid who didn’t want sauce and it was all over the box the food and inside the bag got all over my car nuggets was not made with the right breading and was hard overall my worst experience at this popeyes

We had to go and see what the hype was about the new chicken sandwich. We really enjoyed it, it comes on a buttery style bun with mayo and dill pickles
The chicken breast was very thick almost to thick and the breading was delicious. I can’t really compare it to chik fil a cause it’s a different style of chicken sandwich but I loved it and will definitely be back. Also the restaurant was nice and clean to.
