Drive through window..was easy,m & timely. However,..I had 2 white breast pieces,
1 Lg red beans & rice & 2 biscuits..that’s it. Cost nearly $18.00 ..Beans & rice..Just ok..rice was dried out. Chicken & biscuits were good. Seemed awfully expensive for such a small order.

We asked the employees was the food under heat lamps because we wanted our chicken fresh, the employee said the chicken was made just as we pulled up so when we got home we noticed that the chicken had been dried out probably sitting on the heat lamps all day. One star because the employees lied about the food.

This place is absolutely horrendous! I should’ve turned around the moment the car fell into the 30 potholes they have in the parking lot. When picking up my food I was greeted by someone with 4 teeth, and the food was absolutely disgusting. Cold, not cooked and had to be thrown out. If you want Popeyes, do yourself a favor and seek another location.

if I could give yall zero stars, I would… you’re lucky zero isn’t an option and Google doesn’t allow it because the hospitality along with my crispy breading and no chickened tenders inside Is ridiculous save your tires. Save your brakes. Save your car. Don’t even waste the trouble of driving through this parking lot for this terrible service and worse food… that’s a 4 piece spicy btw oh yeah not to mention missing food, and my side sizes are completely wrong yet. Sheba the manager was rude because I asked for my chicken to get cooked crispy and it was not so I didn’t want it and I had a shrimp box said she had to refund all of it I couldn’t keep my shrimp so she took it and the cashier tresure does not smile don’t say Ty just throw ur food to u n a round way my sugar drop because I didn’t get my food I waited 45 minutes I went across the street to get something and a lady saw me shaking and came to help me thank god for her because I might be n a comma fooling around with Popeyes they don’t ever have to worry about me coming up there again I’m calling my lawyer

I ordered a number 4 which is chicken tenders something simple and your choice is a 3 piece or a 5 piece I ordered a 3 piece which is $11.49 comes with a side and a drink. I get to the window and they hand me my bag I almost leave then I tell my wife to make sure they gave me the honey mustard aka there mustard sauce there is none after being charged for sauce lol. So I wait 5 minutes then knock on drive through window just to get what I paid for then I get the stuff come home and these people gave my a three piece alright a breast and two wings it’s like wow. And don’t try to get anywhere with them they don’t answer the phone and honestly it’s like dam it’s exspensive enough as it is. A steak a Shulas in lake mary is only 2 dollars more I guess I made a mistake going there and at the rate there going they won’t be in deland for much longer due to the poor work ethics of those they hire. Good luck I wish I could have put no stars but that’s not a option.
