Ordered an 8 piece family meal which came with a large side, added a regular Mac and cheese, and a gallon of sweet tea. They gave us 2 single servings for our large side which was not enough to feed our family of 3, they forgot our Mac and cheese, chicken was cold, the gallon of tea was 3/4 full, and the biscuits were dry and stale. So disappointed. Tried to call after returning to our AirBnb off base and no one answered. We will be returning tomorrow to ask for a partial refund.

Literally the slowest fast food experience I’ve ever had (30 min for two #1 meals). Plan accordingly.

Rung up and paid my order and THEN they proceed to tell me they are out of Mac n cheese. Then after it takes almost 10 minutes to get the Mac n cheese refunded they give me 3/4 the food I ordered. I’m thoroughly frustrated but at least the employees were nice and while I didn’t get my entire order, the chicken was pretty good. Would eat again, but definitely remember to ask questions and check your food.

Bruh they gave me a soft drink I ordered and it had a nasty before and after taste. My lemonade tasted like frying oil gross

At 3:30 PM on a Friday. It took them 10 minutes per person in line. After being 4th in line when I arrived, 1 person bailed ahead of me, about 20-25 minutes of standing in line, they told me I couldn’t get the chicken sandwiches because they were still frozen. They didn’t want to cook a frozen one.

Normally a halfway decent experience here. Not so much this time. They forgot two out of my three sides, didn’t give me any of my sauces, and forgot to even give me the necessary tools to eat my food. On top of the missing food. The lady working the drive thru was unnecessarily rude, and should not be working a job that requires customer interaction.

The food was good, but I’m tired of going here during lunch to wait in line for almost 30 minutes because the staff doesn’t know how to manage a lunch time rush. My lunch break is only an hour. Ridiculous!

Food court at Eglin’s Base Exchange Decent Popeyes. The chicken was a bit dry, but the red beans and rice were good.

Came here for lunch, they were a little busy, but literally took 5 minutes to even acknowledge me and take my order and had a bad attitude. Telling me what side people usually order sauces from when I asked for sauce…..and then took forever to even get my order out, oh, and when they finally did get it out, my sides were all wrong. This place sucks lol
