Amid extraordinary challenges of supply shortages at this store today, the cashier – Spencer – and Manager – Ms Audri – came through with exceptional service! She apologized for the lack of spicy chicken available and informed me of the possible imminent delivery time but with no promises. She took my name and phone number and said I would receive a call if and when it arrived and was cooked. That was over the top in my view for Customer Service!! I spent time in the BX and returned in 30 min. or so and the cashier called out my name, letting me know my order was ready; hot and Spicy!! Well Done guys!! Keep up the good work! BTW, the food was GREAT!

This place employees bad attitude Talking about you and we can hear through speaker. If I say I don’t want All breast in my 10 piece box don’t mean give me all legs 20 dollar box of chicken. Equal the pieces out I heard they gonna be closing down good or get new workers!! All new. Went to Popeyes’s on eglin with my wife and I must say it was by far the best customer service experience I have had in so long. It wasn’t a problem for them to go above and beyond to accommodate what we were asking. And the respect and professionalism that was shown by both Olivia and Spencer was top ten. Very recommended and thank you guys so much.

The people are nice, but slow service. 45 min for a 16 pcs family meal and 1 apple pie. It only takes like 15 min to cook the chicken.

Went to the Popeyes on Eglin afb on 7/9/25 and there was a girl there by herself and she was great. There were a lot of people in line and I had a big order. The service was very fast and extremely professional. Great job. The food as always was amazing.

Popeyes…always a hit. They do some fine chiicken.. Its not greasy…light and flaky..cooked to perfection. And the spicy..man…it hits the spot. Chicken pros!! Their sandwich…will whop.chick fil a!!! Its bigger and better…and the spicy version…punches away above the crowd!!

“Absolutely unacceptable service and management!”
14JAN25 I placed an order through the app at 4:30 PM for pickup at 5:00 PM. Arrived early at 4:50 PM, but my order was nowhere to be found. After a search, they finally located it – the last ticket on the printer, not even on the board yet! The ticket was then placed at the end of the others even though I ordered and paid 30 minutes before/
It gets worse. At 5:15 PM, my order still wasn’t ready. They hadn’t even cooked the chicken for my 8-piece meal! With my schedule, I couldn’t wait any longer and requested a refund.
The manager’s response was appalling. Not only did he refuse the refund, but he also threatened to call security because I was recording our conversation (which, by the way, did not capture any sensitive areas of the base).
This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The manager clearly needs retraining or replacement, and the kitchen staff needs to seriously improve their order fulfillment and inventory management. Avoid this place until they get their act together!
15JAN25 Below I received a robot reply, this is why Popeyes is going down is because customer service is a problem. You really need to “fix” the Eglin AFB Popeyes by removing the manager.
