This location is slllowww and often gets your order wrong. Part to do with they tell you to pull forward into a parking lot and take 30 mins to get you your food so forget things. The food is good and it’s easy…….Also bring back the Delta wrap

I got to the window at 6:24 and a young guy told me to pull to the white line. I guess the food was cooking. It is now 6:44 and still haven’t received my order. So i came in and ask for my money back. Manager gave me my money without apology. Just here you go.

Have eaten at this place several times, always via the drive thru. The last trip last week was disappointing. The broken sign at the entry hinted of decline and after getting home we found our order had been shorted one side. The additional mac&cheese side was so browned that the crusty cheese was bitter. Chicken was very greasy, indicating cooking at too low a temp and the rice and beans were the blandest I have ever got at a Popeyes. It was mostly rice as well. Will not be back unless I see some online comments indicating improvement!

I ordered a 16 piece meal came with 8 biscuits. I said can you please make sure i have honey for the biscuits in the bag. He stated I made sure you got some honey. I got home to only 3 packs of honey for 8 biscuits. I just spent 50 plus dollars with yall and you give me 3 packs of honey for 8 biscuits. This is a continuous thing and they place it at the bottom with all the rest of the condiments so you can’t just count them in the bag! I’m sick of them!

I don’t go here often, but when I do I will only get the spicy chicken sandwich. It’s the best chicken sandwich that I have ever had. Nowhere else compares. Update : omg get their frozen lemonaid. Sooo good!

I just went there and got a big box I was told to pull up to the white line I waited for 15 minutes before I went in and asked. The guy said it wasn’t ready yet. Then asked me what I ordered and it was sitting on the counter already done i get 2 minutes away and it’s all cold. Do a better job Popeyes employees. And the manager should do a better job also this shouldn’t happen. And the mac and cheese it’s like not even half full. I won’t be back and neither should anyone else. I’m not surprised by all the negative reviews.

Ok well today we order on the online app. Ok set the pick up time for 6:20 got there right around that time! Food still wasnt fixed the young men at the friend he was very nice! But anyhoo the food sucks ! Why would they served old food throw in the box! Fries cold not a good portiin for the sides for that price! Just a rip off why when i call the young lady like whom ever was in her ear stating they cant replace the order go get a refund thats not what we wanted! We are hungary!!!!!! Its hott out that door to be going back n forth to popeyes! Gas is high! We came through and very clearly ordered two 5-piece meals of the number 4, one with mac and cheese as a side and one with cajun fries as a side and spent $34. Our drinks were correct, but that was where it stopped. We were given only one meal of a chicken breast and a wing and a rock-hard biscuit. None of our sides were correct, we were given red beans and rice and two strawberry biscuits. We had stopped here after a trip to the ER with our toddler son, the whole family was very hungry, and we spent $34 for only one small, incorrect meal. If they were going to get the meals wrong, they could have at least given us the equivalent of what we ordered, so at least enough food to feed my family. Instead we paid $34 for one meal that was no where near correct. It was as though it was the end of the night and they just gave us whatever they had as leftovers. Extremely disappointed, and now they are closed so we can’t even get it corrected. Horrible horrible experience.
