The lady at the front today was very helpful and patient with our big order. Food came out pretty quick and it was all fresh and hot. We all enjoyed our meals and it tasted great. Probably one of the better popeyes I’ve been to compared to the ones in Tallahassee. Definitely would come back to this one again when I’m in town.

The customer service is always rude here they never say thank you they never say you’re welcome and when they forget something and you let them know about it, they give you attitude. The owner of the store or Manager should consider firing almost everyone and hiring a new staff. These people are incompetent and lazy. This is not a one time thing this is an every time thing. We may love that chicken from Popeyes, but we can’t stand the staff you have there. They suck.

Ordered 1/4lb Popcorn Shrimp combo with Cajun Fries. Made a mistake by not opening/checking my food before I left the restaurant. When arriving home I literally had less than a handful of shrimp in the box. I contacted the store immediately and was told by a man, that 1/4lb shrimp ain’t that much (his exact words). This place is seriously the worst. It takes them 30 minutes just to get a meal for two, and they still manage to mess up the order almost every time. I honestly don’t know how it keeps happening.
On top of that, they’re always yelling at each other while I’m trying to order and pay. It’s loud, chaotic, and just uncomfortable. Management really needs to figure this out because it shouldn’t be this hard to get a simple meal right.

I had a mobile order tonight and thought I would go threw the drive through to pick it up. The wait was over 15 minutes. People were getting out the line to go inside because the wait was so long.The young lady working the drive through kept sighing repeatly and saying what was that again, ugh what did say to the couple in front me trying to place their order. After hearing that I just went inside. The older gentleman at the register look overwhelmed, food was all over the pickup counter. It looked nasty in there and people had been waiting for a while. After about 5 minutes the cashier looked at me and said you got a mobile order. I said yes. What your name. I told him. He handed me the food and walked off. The food was barely luke warm. I won’t be back to this location.
