Ordered 6 thighs. Afte charging my credit card, we were told a 12 min. wait. After 17 min., went to drive up window and wanted our chicken. Finally got it. Window attendent at 2:30 PM, 04/06/23, was extremly rude and obnoxious. Gave us chicken. We went home 30 miles. Opened box to find: 3 pc snack, 2 leg classic, wing classic, biscuit. Nothing like 6 thighs. This was done on purpose, i am sure. Threw out all but the 2 thighs. Called customer service, got difficult to understand foreigner, said she could give me a credit if I usd their app. Dont use their app., never will. Worthless waste of time. Popeyes does not care about customer satisfaction at all. Phone number for Palatka store on receipt does not work. Most terrible store. Needs completly new management and at least 1 employee fired. Go elsewhere.

Food was good, although my boyfriend said the coleslaw tasted off. Like it’s been sitting for a while. And the employee at the register was kinda rude. I’ve worked with the public so I understand how it is but come on. Also tried to ask for sauces but nobody paid one bit of attention to us so we just said screw it and left. All in all not impressed with the attitudes there.

I’m only doing this bc if I were on death row, I would want my last meal to be Popeyes— I love it. However, this location is a total embarrassment to the brand— plain and simple. I have never come across a restaurant that is as consistently out of more things than this Popeyes. Twice now during peek dinner hours I have had to order by asking, “okay, well what do you have?” Also, their employees couldn’t be any ruder. They’re all but mute until you ask for something like hot sauce, and then the scoffing is audible and the cherry on top has to be when they slam the drive thru window in your face.

This restaurant is not only the slowest with any order, but they are extremely rude and disrespectful. They are just a lazy group of people who don’t want to do their jobs. The girls all standing around ignoring customers. They would rather stand outside and talk then actually do what they are suppose to. Won’t be going back

Popeyes is good…this location just isnt good. I don’t mind paying the prices for good food but the food I’m given is always old and please dont order through doordash because most likely the order will be messed up. Also if dining in beware the AC is never on.

The drive-through has problems with their credit card machine from time to time. They run out of red beans and rice. The chicken is usually dry from setting under the heat lamps too long. In Palatka, Florida, they do not honor any advertised discounts.

Every time I go into popeyes everyone Is out of sync with each other. The credit card machine doesn’t work at the registers, they have to run your credit cards through the to-go line to pay inside. took too long to get my food last time over 10 min. I said something to the girl and she then got my food ready she was starting the guy that came in 3 customers after me. its filthy behind the register the manager should be fired and there should be retraining for the whole place. Won’t go again
