It’s been a year since I ate Popeyes specifically at this location. First let me start by saying I’m currently waiting on chicken in the drive thru as I’m making this review. They took so long to take my order I was able to order online. Then the staff on the headset laughing and talking in the background just goofing around. Very unprofessional. The staff is rude…and just got my order wrong. The dark skin girl Didn’t apologize. The food is not fresh to have to pull up and wait 5-10 minutes on greasy chicken that’s been sittin under the light instead of fresh out the grease. They gave me a large red beans with dry axx leftover rice. I had to replace it twice. The portions are small and the prices are through the roof. I should’ve just got my money back. I attemped to get a refund and the staff act like they couldn’t do that due to me ordering online. They act like me asking them to correct me order was a problem. customer service sucks. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. They just opened at 10am it’s only 11:30 and they parking cars for food that’s not even fresh. They still got my order wrong by giving me spicy when I wanted regular. This is exactly why I don’t eat here.

I stopped at this Popeyes for lunch today. I like ordering Classic Chicken Sandwiches, to see which franchise I like best. I will have to say Popeyes makes a really good one.

While everything looked great and the staff seemed very friendly and courteous I decided not to dine here. The reason was simply their new pricing. It has been over a year since I was at a Popeyes and while visiting Palatka I stumbled across this location and had every intention of ordered, but their prices were too high for this type of food. Let me be clear—- not absurdly high but moderately priced at a higher price point to where I could not justify the price for the value. I do not have their app and I am sure they probably offer lesser priced options, I was not willing to explore that avenue. From the cleanliness and pleasant aromas I feel that it would have been tasty. So I am not going to beat them up. They just need to adjust their pricing to match the market a bit better.

This was just okay. I’m not a big fan of fast food. The coleslaw was good, but the chicken tenders were extremely tough to chew. They were kind of warm. My husband said the chicken was good.

Stopped in today and intended to dine in. Ordered our food and tried to go to the restroom to wash my hands. There were several people ahead of me. When I walked into the restroom there was no hand soap. I asked my husband to check the men’s restroom, no hand soap there either. My mother in law asked behind the counter if we could get soap and hand towels for the restroom and the man behind the counter went to get his manager. The manager came out with hand drying towels to restock the towels but no soap and explained they don’t have any soap in the restaurant because he’s been trying to get soap for the dispensers but they don’t fit and cause leaking so he doesn’t have hand soap for the public restrooms.
We took our food to go and stopped to wash our hands elsewhere.
Is this not a health code violation in FL? We are traveling and not from FL, but in ever other state I’ve lived in this is considered a health code violation and would require the manager to take actual action by going out and purchasing temporary disposable hand soap dispensers for each restroom or closing the restroom to the public for sanitation reasons.

Good food fresh had to wait a few minutes but all worth the wait. Lobby was clean wish I can do 10/10 star food was so good I had to go back to counter and get more of the good food

I visited this Popeyes on a lunch break. The staff was really nice and the food was fresh BUT they were out of a lot of things such as coleslaw, honey, jalapeños, coke syrup for the soda machine, and a few other things. I don’t know who’s doing the ordering, they need to step it up. This Popeyes is located in a small town and if I were a local of this town, I would be severely disappointed if I was craving Popeyes and they were out of my typical order items.

I just ordered from here and they got my entire order wrong and i also wasn’t provided with a receipt. I ordered classic boneless wings with a side of Mac and cheese, as well as a chicken sandwich that also had a side of Mac and cheese. I didn’t receive any Mac and cheese and my wings were not classic boneless. They were hot and spicy with bone. Poor service as well. Do not eat here.

It was awful, I wanted spicy and I got mild, I ordered a large Red Beans and I got a half the cup of beans. I don’t know what is going on with Popeyes it used to be so good
