This is the Worst Popeyes in Palm Coast!!! The service is Well below traditional service standards and the attention to detail or customer concerns are horrible. Please Close this location or Replace the current staff and put folks in this location that care about the food and excellent customer service practices. I pull up to the speaker box and there’s a handwritten sign that says the speaker box is not working right now place your order at the window. I sit at the window for a couple minutes and the manager opens the window and looks at me confused. i asked if I could place my order. I then placed my order and she told me to park and she will bring it out shortly. I waited about 30 minutes before going in to ask about my order, the inside smelled like sewage, to then only receive a DoorDash order that was not mine. I go back in to switch it out and my order wasn’t even started. One of the cooks didn’t have any gloves on. I then received my order to find a piece of hair in my sandwich. went back in for replacement again and finally got my food after 50 minutes. Didn’t look appealing. at that point i didn’t want the food just my money back. genuinely confused on how this place is still open

There really should be a way to give zero stars. As much as I love Popeyes, I will drive the 20+ miles to another one. Final straw in months of passes.
I ordered the family pack and ask for spicy. The description said classic, spicy. I ask for spicy. Snarky intercom guy says “that only comes in dark meat.” I said dark meat as in only thighs. He said only thighs & legs. Ok no thanks. I asked for chicken temders spicy. Same thing. No spicy. Every meal I asked for he said same thing. He said I could breast & wings in mild family meals. Say what now? I asked since when because I’ve been eating popeyes for decades! And I’ve only ever ordered spicy and I dont eat thighs. He said its always been that way. I said no thanks and drove away.
So here’s the thing – this spot has sloppy service, snarky servers, and the serving containers must be ordered from Temu because their large sides are the size of every other store’s small. They just throw the food in the box however which way and its always a wait because nothing is ever ready. I tried to stick with it thru all the manager & new management & local dramas but no way are you going to tell me the only pieces of chicken I can get spicy are legs and thighs. Its the only one in Palm Coast, but I will drive those 20+ miles to the next closest ones where I still get spicy breast, wings & legs and smiling servers. Absolutely do not recommend.

To put it simple the staff needs retraining from the top down. The manager is rude the service is slow and the orders are still wrong in the end. Originally my entire family of 4 would order. But the order was always missing something or it was just wrong. We would wait a few months and give it another try. At this point only 1 person in the house was willing to give them a chance. And after this last 40 minute ordeal for 1 sandwich combo and 1 extra sandwich we will not return to this location again. I will drive to the Daytona location before returning here it would take the same amount of time.

I was so happy to get quality chicken today and a wonderfully polite woman on the other side of the drive-through speaker. There has been a lot of Pass issues with this restaurant, but because it’s Popeyes, I always go back. Today the food was amazing. The service was the best I’ve ever had there and after a quick conversation, I learned that there’s a new district manager and store manager. I’d highly recommend giving them another chance if you stopped going. Hopefully they will treat these employees good and pay them right so that they stick around.

Walked in and there were zero customers. With 4 people standing around behind the counter I was told I had to use the kiosk and could not order at the register. While ordering I asked how I could customize my order. I was told it’s not allowed… I did select a Root Beer for my drink while ordering. Which they actually do not carry. After receiving my chicken tender meal. The “chicken tenders were less than a quarter inch thick. And completely dry. So was the biscuit and the fries. I did not receive my ranch with the order but was given about 20 catchup packets apparently to moisturize the food with……. Worst $20+ dollars wasted. Popeyes…. Get it together!! No wonder I was the only person here.

Complete turn around from when I visited last year. I don’t know if it’s new management or what but I decided to give this location another try, as the next closest location is about 30 minutes further, and man am I surprised at how much better things are. Me and my wife visted for lunch earlier this week and we were in and out, wait times used to be a killer. The quality of the food was fresh, and the young man who assisted us, Trae, was very friendly and quick to serve our needs.

I have not had good customer service at this location in a long time, but tonight.. I was absolutely blown away by the two women working and the quality of my food! They were Knowledgeable and polite and got my order, right! It’s been a while but i am so happy to finally see this popeyes turning itself around!
