Food prices have gone WAY up, while serving sizes have gone WAYYYY down. To pay almost $70 for a family meal with ONE “large” side and a spoonful of Mac n cheese, is something I will surely never make the mistake of doing again. Back to KFC I guess. If rather pay $40 there for so much more food. This was just on our way home from kids sports at the time.

Stop too get food for my father and I tonight, and from the get go it went down hill. The menu sign was out, and told I could come inside for a illuminated menu. Got too the window and the morale in there was pretty low. Got home and no biscuit in my order and my dads was hard and cold, and the chicken was luke warm and we live less than 5 minutes away. Got home and bit into the chicken and some reddish brown slimy substance was attached too the meat. Not hungry at all now! Corporate really needs too either clean house and hire good management or shut this place down.

I tried asking what ya’ll had, but that pretty much went on deaf ears. I figured out what too order and went through the drive through window. I believe it was Thurs September 11 about 8:15 or so. This is not the 1st time I’ve been there and the morale is horrible. I just didnt post anything. With all do respect, there’s alot of people that have mentioned it on here and I know the store gets busy, but if management below you and work staff have the mentality of my job sucks and I don’t wanna work here then hire a new gm and train new staff.

Y’all, Jeremy behind the counter is the best fast food operator I’ve seen in a long time. He is fast, courteous, extending options and welcoming you like it’s his home. I’ll be back just because of his customer service. Well done, Jeremy!

Ordered a 4 piece meal w/ fries and beans/rice and a ghost pepper sandwich. Got home to see there’s no fries in the bag. They, while eating my sandwich, got to chew on a delicious piece of paper that was on it (I assume with the cheese). Will never return. Take your money elsewhere.

Don’t make the same mistake I did, is by ordering here in the first place. Half of the food I ordered wasn’t there and I should of checked the bag before I left. They probably do this on purpose so they can eat it because they can’t afford to buy there own food. Yall enjoy them 3 piece tenders, broke ahhs.

I love Popeyes chicken so I’m totally biased on this one. The restaurant is usually not very clean, dirty tables etc. The one bright point other than the food is the lovely woman that works there. She’s always happy and smiling which definitely makes visiting here a plus.

I continually to give this franchise a chance and things STILL do not improve. Look at the chicken that I purchased it looks like the parts came from a sickly PIGEON NOT A CHICKEN!!!!

I waited 30-45mins for my food and I went thru the drive thru! I paid, was told to park and just sat there, got ignored. I had to go inside twice to get my food! While the girl that cashed me out sat on the counter socializing. I only ordered 2 things! And my order wasn’t even complete, by the time they gave me my food, they had to substitute a side! The car in front of me in the drive thru had the same issue of waiting and had to go inside to get her food. Horrible service! Will NEVER go back there again

No customer service etiquette at this location. I said my order and waited for the total but the cashier was dead silent. When she finally came back she would ask for my order. This happen 3 times. Finally, get to the window, no apology or anything. I get my food and it was okay. Like the chicken was fresh but the biscuits were cold. The chicken is the only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars. Oh and the mashed potatoes was good.
