Update : I continue to eat at this location and the service here is absolutely amazing. A young lady named Miss Dionne was helping me with my order today and was absolutely amazing. She was just as polite and extremely knowledgeable. I spoke with the manager to let her know how amazing my experience was as always. I see her in there all the time and she is always personable and friendly as well. I can’t say enough about how great the food is at this particular location. I do highly recommend.
While waiting, another vehicle that had been behind us in the drive-thru also pulled around and nearly hit our car. We had to pull up even further to avoid being struck. After waiting close to 10 additional minutes, my daughter went inside to check on our order while I stayed in the car with her baby. During this time, multiple cars began lining up behind us, assuming it was still part of the drive-thru line. I even had to get out and direct another customer to go around.
After an extended wait, I parked and went inside with the baby to see what was happening. My daughter was visibly upset and in tears. When I asked about our order, the manager, rather than calmly addressing the situation, became extremely rude and confrontational. I requested a refund, and at that point, the manager’s behavior escalated—she appeared as though she was going to come over the counter and physically confront me, saying “You want to go, come on.”
As I was holding my infant grandchild in her car seat, I made it clear that I would contact the police if she attempted to attack me. Her response was, “Go ahead.” This type of behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. One of your cashiers, who was very polite and apologetic, attempted to diffuse the situation, and I want to commend him for his professionalism. He even came outside after we left the building with our food, which I appreciated.
We left the building without the food, as I did not feel safe remaining in the restaurant. Although the refund was reportedly processed, it has not yet appeared in my account—but that is secondary to the larger issue.
I strongly urge you to review your surveillance footage from that evening to see how your manager behaved. Threatening or aggressive conduct toward customers—particularly those holding a child—is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.
This experience was extremely upsetting for both my daughter and me, and unfortunately, it has completely deterred us from returning to this location. I hope you take this complaint seriously and ensure proper action is taken to prevent this kind of behavior in the future.
We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 2 original chicken. They were so good, hot and tasted great. Everything was clean and our order came out in a good timely manner. No complaints except the mask issue and that fact she didn’t give us our receipt.
Krystal, the manager, did not greet me. She did not apologize and hid in a corner as I was confused. She should not be a manager of anything…fast food chicken taking an hour plus is a pure reflection of her lack of ability to manage the restaurant resulting in poor customer service and cash missed out on by the restaurant.
