There were only 3 employees the order took a crazy amount of time but was well worth the wait. All of the staff was pleasant and the manager let me speak with her. I told her for 3 employees they did an amazing job. My son said the food was excellent. They worked really hard for it only being the three of them. The manager should be proud very proud of those two. They did great. The manager had a great personality, very polite, & understanding. Sorry for my rambling just really impressed me.

Order large wing combo with double fries and wasn’t asked, did I want a certain flavor. So they took it upon themselves and just to give me original, which is fine, on top of that when I open my box there was no fries.
I took them my food and asked them about it and they asked ‘am I sure I didn’t take fries out of it” and I told them “I don’t have time to be doing anything like that plus I didn’t want to get out of my car”. They told me it was my food but the fries was just forgotten and they have to drop some fries. But based on sitting in drive thru I don’t think nobody was actually paying any attention.
Anyway that supposedly fresh fries were nasty and I end up throwing my food away

Good morning, I would like to start off by saying I’m not one to make reviews on stores but this needed to be addressed. I am extremely disappointed by the sheer lack of effort displayed by the employees when I was waiting for approximately 20 mins for my order and when I actually went inside to see what’s the status of my order there was poor communication and when I waited for about 4 more mins inside the store they finally decided to acknowledge that I was waiting for my order a long time. I was getting a little irritated because of the fact that a total of 3 people from the drive thru got there orders (1 order had a chicken tender combo like me) before me when I was in front of them and 2 people from the inside got there orders as well. After standing around looking like a fool I asked for a refund and they finally decided to inform me that they JUST NOW dropped chicken tenders. After the fact I asked for a refund I was greeted with slow customer service and an overall poor experience. If I could give this place a -1/10 I would, but i can’t so I’ll give it a 1/10.

The girl at drive thru was extremely rude. Red beans and rice was undercooked and was not Measured correctly. Macaroni and cheese was old look like it was burnt. My chicken tenders was definitely old as heck I asked for everything fresh my chicken and my tenders. The chicken had just came up so I was good there, but they said it was a wait on my mild and said the spicy was fresh.

I had an awesome experience at this Popeyes! My food was fresh and delicious, and Queen was so nice and mannerable. She made sure I got my food quickly and with a smile. I was traveling from North Carolina and stopped in Columbus, GA near a school, and this meal was just what I needed on the road. Thank you, Queen, for making it such a great stop!

This Popeyes Chicken eatery was NOT IT!!!!! They had 6 cars pulled up in the drive thru with no customers on the inside. After pulling up and walking inside there was AMPLE enough of chicken (mild and spicy) and multiple sides… Sooooo not sure what was going on?? All the works were running back and forth confused… After finally getting my food and getting to the house the chicken was soggy and not worth eating… was sooooooo DISAPPOINTED!!!! Anyways wouldn’t recommend going to this location…

1st time at this location would not go back. Ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals and a 3 or 5 piece tenders. All of the food was lukewarm amd the buns were burnt. Noticed after we had pulled away. Would not recommend this location.

This is the worst service ever. The employee spoke so loudly she gave me a headache, repeated my order then gave me something totally different, and gave me 5 packets of honey, that I didn’t request and not one napkin. Simply pathetic.

Worst Popeyes in the city. If you can, avoid it and go to Macon road instead. Ordered through DoorDash when I KNEW I should have went to Macon Road ordered 6 piece spicy bone in combo with red beans and rice. The red beans and rice are 95% rice, 3% beans and 2% air. Drink was extra up charge for frozen mango lemonade. I’ll put a picture of that below. asked for blackened ranch. Got buttermilk instead with a weirdly poked hole in the top. Yeah won’t be using that. No biscuit included so I ordered one and paid the extra $1 and some change. Biscuit missing. Fire everybody. Or better yet, just shut down so they can replace y’all with the Macon road one on DoorDash. Not like y’all do the DoorDash orders right anyway.
