The food is always hot and really good, but I cannot recall a visit where we did not struggle with staff either putting in our order wrong or giving us an incomplete/incorrect order after a long wait time. Maybe the drive through speaker is broken and hard for them to hear? I want to give the benefit of the doubt, but it really seems to be every single time.

HORRIBLE !!!!!!! Got there at 9:41pm and did not leave and received cold food at 11:30pm along with about 5 other people. I was told at the window that we were just waiting on shrimp, that turned into an almost 2 hour wait. The manager did not want to give us our $29.32 back because she”closed the register” with a line full of customers and also about 5 parked cars waiting on food. It seemed as if she called her manager and you would think ok at this point her store manager is going to come in and get things situated. NO ONE SHOWED!!! The younger lady in there was attempting to fill orders kudos to her, but the manager did not work well under pressure and if she knew that she couldn’t handle it she should have just cut off the orders until she caught up. This is ridiculous food is too high to be wasting money . I didn’t even have an appetite anymore. Also asked for a receipt and was given something that the Popeyes website couldn’t even read. You can’t see anything on it. Manager didn’t even want to give me my food, tried to get someone else to do it. No apology, no nothing just cold food and money and time wasted.

The cashier was rude and unwelcoming. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was not fully cooked. The cashier replaced it. My families food was lukewarm. The only thing that was really good was the shrimp. Would I recommend this place to stop and eat? Definitely not!!

I went there yesterday 10/3 received the wrong order from the what I assumed was the manager due to her clothing. Got home and had to drive back with someone else’s order. Nobody even attempted to help me so I just said to whoever listened I got the wrong order. The manager I think they called it Barb or Barbara just slung the bag to someone who slung it to me without even as much as an apology. The people are so nasty and so is the restaurant. I mean nasty attitudes and nasty appearances. The manager should be fired. The food was ok so I decided to give them a second chance today 10/4 around 4pm again the person in the drive thru left a lot to be desired. I got home the wrap wasn’t even put together honey mustard was everywhere chicken fell apart. Whoever made it did a horrible job and there will be no third chance their redeeming quality was the food was good but today just ruined everything. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me so this is just something I have to deal with every time but maybe this will get seen by the owner and they’ll do some extra training, or just not let this guy on the mic. But any time I come to grab a quick lunch on the weekend I always try to come earlier before the rush when there’s no one there yet and I always get the same guy that takes my drive thru order. He speaks to women like he didn’t come out of one and I just think it’s disrespectful. There’s no reason to speak to anyone like that especially at 11AM. If you hate your job get one where you don’t have to talk to people with such a bad attitude unwarranted. The young lady that gave me my order tho was super nice and sweet. I hope that gentleman doesn’t speak to her like that…

The employee with blue hair at the drive thru was extremely rude, made me cancel my whole order based on her behavior alone. She looked me up and down a number of times just for greeting her and trying to give her my form of payment. I don’t know what kind of day she was having but the customer service was completely unacceptable.

I arrived today 10/24 and ordered a blackened chicken tenders meal. Firstly, the staff was so unprofessional and having their own conversations in the middle of taking people orders. I was told to pull in a parking spot bc of course the blackened tenders are cook to order. After waiting almost 30 minutes I pulled back to the window and was told there was a shift change and the second shift had no knowledge of me sitting out there waiting. Apparently the lady from the previous shift lied as if she brought the food out to me and didn’t.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered an 8 piece meal. When I got home, I opened my box of chicken and saw the tiniest pieces of chicken I had ever seen. The Mac was dry. The chicken was nasty. I called the manager and she was happy to make me more. No thank you. I don’t trust having food remade. Due to retaliation. If the manager was good at your job or cared about what she was serving out the door, she would have never allowed anyone to be served that size chicken. Or dry macaroni and cheese. Food was not fresh. Dry and tiny. I paid over 26 dollars for this? I will never again come here. Who’s fault is this? The owners for purchasing a cheap product or the staff that doesn’t care who they rip off. I felt like my hard earned money was stolen from me. I work hard for my money and there was no sense in cheating people out of their money. This owner needs to close this restaurant. Their staff lays all over the counter. Can’t stay off their cell phones, serves cheap, unconsumable products and does nothing to satisfy his and her customers. This is everyone’s fault that works at this Popeyes. Shut it down. If you have any questions about why I say shut it down, get on here and read all of the terrible, god-awful reviews on your restaurant. And…. your parking lot is trashy. Clean it up!

Always make you pull to the side.. Will give you burnt chicken. Will not give you all you items so Make sure to get your receipt. Always check your bag before leaving.

I arrived about1:35 to 1:50pm my order was $17.96 my chicken was pink inside although I was told it would be 10 minutes on dark meat. My potatoes looked as if someone had been eating from them. I did not receive my red bean and rice. I called the store they took my name but did want to hear my complaint. I wasn’t given any plastic ware or napkins and was told all they had left for condiments was 2 hot sauce and 1 honey!
