Absolutely horrible customer service almost every time. My order is never right and when I have to go back inside to tell them, they just look at me and don’t acknowledge me. It’s like they’re going out of their way to let it be known that they couldn’t care less. I stood there for 10 minutes today while the people at the front acted like I didn’t exist and then when someone walked in after me they skipped over me to take their order. Won’t find me at this location ever again. I’m done being treated like this when I’m nothing but nice every time.

Even though I had to wait for my food it was worth it…I’m actually glad. I will wait for fresh food. The mod made it right..he was very pleasant. * Update*- I was in there to pick up an order and Ms Regina and Mr Michael were so nice. * Update- *same 2 were there plus Decorrius another young lady with those pretty eyelashes who is also very nice when I encounter her. Popeyes delivered exactly what I was expecting—quick, straightforward service. The staff was polite but to the point, which is perfect for getting orders done.
