Got lots of Extras! Mamma T the manager was amazing! I was so impressed with her skills! She was all about the customer service with her employees! Tho my lady from another state had never had Popeyes was not impressed with the food, nor was I I would go back just to see this lady in action!

I ordered through the mobile app to pick up at Drive Thru. When I got to the speaker and gave my name for the mobile order, I was immediately told to pull up to the door for my order. I made my order at 7:07 and did not get my order until 7:40. I had 2 wraps and a 2 pc white. Another customer had 2 wraps and the supervisor said I already had my order and I did not. I had to go inside and wait for my order. The young man told the lead that he did not give me an order, it was the lady behind me. Another tall lady was trying to help and tell the lead that I was waiting on my mobile order. When I got the order, there was only 1 wrap instead of 2. The lead person didn’t read, didn’t double check. I should not have waited this long on a mobile order. The incompetence is atrocious and makes the company look bad.

The food was amazing… AFTER we got it. Spent the first 10 minutes standing there without a hello, welcome, or even basic acknowledgement. An employee even made eye contact with me before going back to laughing on his phone. All of the workers acted as if they were “on their own time”, and had no sense of urgency what so ever. ON TOP OF THAT, one of the employees (if you could even call them that) was rude to a customer after they waited 10+ for a delivery order.
Tables were dirty, tea was spilt over the floor and countertop and left sitting there for at least 15 minutes before it was barely wiped with a cloth. This combined with the constant noise of the useless workers in the back made sitting in there a pain.
Not worth visiting, not even worth the effort to open the front door. All that’s inside is a migraine.

Pulled off of 95 looking for a quick place to eat so we decided to go here. Parking lot was completely empty except for 2 cars (worker cars) and there was 1 car in the drive thru. We walked (slid in because of the grease on the floor) into a completely empty dining area. Up front a girl just looked at us and then the crew of 4 just started laughing and joking around. We stood there for a while, but was never acknowledged. I’ve never been in such a disgusting unfriendly Popeyes.

Tee Customer Service was Top Tier. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The Chicken was Hot and Fresh. 10/10 I definitely recommend this location.

I ordered a family meal … zero napkins – the place was trashy . There was a table set up
With a scooter plugged into the wall ??? Half eaten meals on the tables. When I asked for napkins I was greeted with an attitude when told they had no napkins. I then asked for plates and received none until I asked again for at least the paper boats for our family meal. The gentleman who was mouthing something to the other worker went to the employee hand towel dispenser and got some for me. The ladies bathroom did not have toilet paper in the dispenser but a roll sitting behind the toilet. This experience was less than desirable. I highly recommend better customer service & getting some napkins for your customers.

This was my second time eating here, and my last. Woman at front register completely ignored me. I was the only one in there. Meanwhile, the manager and maybe others, who looked like shift leads were over in a lobby sitting just chilling talking amongst themselves, still ignoring me, handed it off the headset to another worker who then them off to another worker, and that worker had then walked up to the register, still not serving me, Because the previous cashier didn’t finish out the transaction that she was supposed to be doing from the drive thru, which is probably why the drive thru is always backed up, anyway, then the woman proceeded to take my order. She was lovely, Very polite, didn’t have an issue with her. But then I proceeded to get home and I got three pieces of chicken that look like this, the wings were small too.
Thank God, I can cook my own food.
I just forgot to thaw out meat for the night, So I thought I could rely on just twelve pieces of chicken from popeye’s and I just cook a pot of rice and beans at home but… Nah!

So we went there at 9pm after a long road trip to get some chicken. First of all the girl at the register was so rude and dry and she looked us up and down plenty of times just because we were asking more about the menu. Also, even they close at 10pm, at 9 they literally stopped doing any kind of new food. They only gave rests. So we couldn’t even order a chicken sandwich because they refused to make. There were no napkins and the girl ignored us when we asked for some because she wanted to finish her shift faster. The chicken was really mid since it was obviously a leftover. Don’t go there it’s not worth it there are so much better restaurants around the corner
