The assistant manager, Torie Stewart, made our visit not only enjoyable, but memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfect. Restaurants was clean to a T. Torie was friendly to the customers and encouraging to her staff. It’s clear she’s doing her best work to make #13404 a step above. We’ll be back!

Worst Popeyes experience i have ever had. We went through the drive through so we could grab something to take home. I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and recieved no response. Since there was no one in the line in front of me I pulled up to the window. I was then told by the lady working the window that I had to go back around. With there now being 7 cars behind me waiting I decided to take my business elsewhere.

This has to be the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Food normally takes forever and orders are consistently wrong with poor service. Our take out order was completely wrong 11/1 and the manager was incredibly rude and said they replaced food items that were out without asking us if that was okay. They also forgot to include our sandwich and refused to include the missing parts of our order until an employee admitted their mistake. The food is good (when they have it) but the management here is so terrible it isn’t worth it, even after re-opening.

If you’re out of something, communicate it. Don’t just replace items with random crap. How this business is even continuing to run is INSANE to me!
Order was half correct, and they gave us the smallest, coldest, and worst chicken I’ve ever. had.
My one year old can’t have spicy chicken… so I didn’t order it. Definitely received it though!

Very disappointed with this visit to Popeye’s. The drive-thru was out of Coke and several other food items, which was frustrating to find out after already waiting in line. There weren’t many substitutes offered, so we were pretty limited in what we could order.
On top of that, the service was really poor and felt unorganized. The biscuits were just okay — kind of doughy and didn’t seem very fresh. Overall, not a great experience and definitely not what I expect when stopping at Popeye’s.

Never have a thing everything i go literally, ask for sauce “Ain’t no sauce”. I asked for Mac and cheese “Ain’t no Mac and cheese” I asked for ghost pepper wings I received plain wings. I rather go back to not having a Popeyes than be having a horrible experience at a Popeyes!

The absolute worst Popeyes ive ever been too. The service terrible, everyone is rude, they let you sit there with no other cars in drive through for 20 min before responding or just closing. They say they are out of everything every single time I go. Everyone that works their deserves to be fired and if they got new management they could actually make alot of money because everyone here loves Popeyes just hates this location. Matter of fact the worst place ive ever been too customer service wise in all 50 states and 12 countries. Did I mention they suck badly! Will never go to this location again. Waste of time, waste of life! They dont even deserve 1 star. Unfair i have to give them 1.

To hold certificates/ certifications in food service and be employed at one of the peoples most popular Franchises Your managers have to take responsibility for each lack of ability the employees falls short of. Speaking as a food service worker I don’t mind waiting cause I know and understand how slow and timid things can get in a kitchen but to have a customer waiting at the drive thru for 35/45mins at the same time they are spending $20-$30 and your employees literally don’t show any respect of responsibility or remorse to say let’s correct the wait or give the meals they best for which a customer has paid for. It may not be going on every single day or shift. In order for a restaurant such as Popeyes to get great reviews and keep their customers; You have to make some adjustments with your employees. There are far more negative reviews and feedback from customers and it starts with your employees they either show up for Popeyes and give their best work daily and serve the customers as they want or you bring in a new staff of employees that “Loves That Chicken From Popeyes”. If not you will eventually lose more business as before and will have to make arrangements for something new. It is not always easy getting your employees to work the same but they can provide you the best team effort each day. The service of the employees is terrible may not be all of them the ones that have given me service should have not been hired. Doing your job comes with responsibility leadership discipline dedication the integrity to always work towards your best and keeping your customers happy and satisfied. Smile even though you have witnessed a pretty busy or horrible day.
