We use to eat here all the time with no problem but recently the last 2 times we’ve eaten chicken from here within 12 hours we are suffering from the worst stomach issues. Sulfuric burps and bad bubble guts. Concerned about food safety protocols, this Popeyes needs to be evaluated.

Very VERY slow! Also, I stood at the register for darn near 5 minutes, without even so much as acknowledgement from someone, before I got helped. I was the only one in line. I ordered honey bbq boneless wings. The worker just threw some in a container and bagged them without putting sauce on them. When I mentioned this, he took them out, put a little strip of sauce on them and didn’t shake them. I opened them up when I got to work to see that there was barely enough sauce on any. Definitely NOT enough to even cover any of them.

This is a busy store, I went inside to order a 12pc family dinner and 12 ghost pepper wings. The food was hot, everything tasted awesome and the service was excellent and served with a smile!! Great job to the team here… 5 stars!!!!!

Surf n turf is 5.99, cashier said you have to pick either or on a surf or turf. Did not give fries, biscuit or drink. They stated it didn’t come with anything for 5.99. The picture of everything was outside and they said it was advertised wrong. The guy wanted to charge extra for fries. We asked for a refund and they just gave us the fries and said no charge. Big confusion at this place.

I recently purchased a gallon of sweet tea from the Popeyes located at 2491 Tobacco Road in Hephzibah, GA, and was deeply disappointed by its quality. The tea contained visible black particles and was noticeably discolored, resembling a watered-down version of what should be a rich, flavorful beverage.

This has to be the WORST Popeye’s EVER!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The service is awful. Noone is courteous, everyone acts as if they HATE their job.
When you place your order ( which takes forever), you’re never given what you actually ordered and paid for.
If they would stay off of their phones long enough to remember what YOU actually ordered.

Chicken was soggy and lukewarm. Half was not fried. Some looked liked it was ripped with the tongs or ripped somehow. Idk but but it was not fresh. The fries were stiff and not hot. Definitely could tell they were old. The beans and rice were running. $30.23 for a family 8 piece with 2 sides. Not worth it. Buy the chicken an cook at home. Would not recommend. Also the cashier asked me if I wanted my change. Why wouldn’t I want my change??? This is not a diner where you get tips..this is a drive threw. Serve your food hot a fresh a then think about asking someone if you can keep their change, even then it’s still a no. Give me my change lol wth never again.
