I go here because I have coupons, but I won’t be going back. Every time I go here, they give me the smallest pieces of chicken. This is supposed to be my 3 piece meal. I didn’t get any of the sauces I ordered or my sweet tea. They already had me wait 10 minutes pulled up. Won’t be going back here.

I am not sure what is going on with this location. I went in to inquire about the Turkey for Thanksgiving and was told I could order it online. No problem, but then I mentioned what the advertisement said about pre order, had to wait for a manager. Again, no problem . Went order food and waited a few minutes. Got what I thought was my order and clearly I only had a half of my order. I ate the chicken nuggets which were supposed to be wings . The cheese bites were average. They forgot to get the manager to pre order the turkey . Told me to check tomorrow . Mind you there was no one in line and barely anyone in drive thru, but yet more than three employees present. Clearly the manager had time to do the order but has passed it on to the staff tomorrow. It’s really sad the quality and service has gone down here. The picture included is the cheese bites.

Had to wait over 15 minutes for my food. I was the only person in the drive through. I just wanted to try the five nights at Freddy’s meal. They came out and told me they didn’t have the cupcake for the meal. They at least offered me an apple pie. The chicken is overcooked and small. They also somehow mashed up my cheese bites super badly together. They also forgot my dipping sauce. This is this place’s last chance from me. I used to go here more often but haven’t come back in a year. Fist time back and it’s worse than ever. I am very disappointed. At least they were friendly I suppose.

Ordered a number 2 leg combo and sweet heat sauce . Was only given 1 sauce which I was charged for . I processed to asked for another and willing to pay the 35cents AGAIN . Manger heard my request and was visibly upset/ annoyed and demanded the crew member to charge for the sauce . The cashier and I were have a respectful interaction that did not warrant the MANGERS nasty remarks “ not in this economy” etc etc . Why did i trigger her ??

Here we go again… Popeyes on Winder Hwy in Hall County. What I ordered was Darin’ Dab 6 piece combo with Fries, 1 Pack of Last Dab Sauce and 2 packs of Ranch. What my daughter got was cold fries, dry wings, no last dab sauce and 1 pack of Ranch. I had to remind the person at the window to hand over the drink. Can’t BUY an accurate order!

I had the 2 pc dark (spicy) with mash potatoes and gravy. I enjoyed it. My son had the shrimp tackle box. He was disappointed because it didn’t look like much or even filling. So, he ordered the chicken sandwich. Service was good and it was pretty clean and quiet.

Tell me why ALL four of our wraps had this TINY “tender” in this huge tortilla filled with mainly SAUCE! The first picture is comparing a tender from my son’s 3 piece tender meal to the “tender” bites that were given in our wraps. For $3.99 per wrap you would think you would ATLEAST get a FULL sized normal Popeyes tender per wrap. Very disappointing!

The fryer grease tastes burnt and clearly needs to be changed immediately. Staff at this location appear to need additional training. Based on today’s visit, I would not recommend this location. Overall, an extremely poor experience.

Place had NO DRINKs, didn’t read the to go order properly, so my order was wrong, and didn’t provide plastic ware. The young girl at window needs to be more professional. Manager was no help. This location needs help. Will not be back.
