I love going to the Hamilton Mill location. I’m always greeted with a smile. Ms. Latoya knows I like my chicken fresh and she knows my order. I never mind waiting for fresh chicken. The staff works together and when it’s crowded, everything is still done in a timely manner. I love going to this Popeye’s!

Talk about service with a smile!!!! I love Popeyes but it seems like every time I go, so does everyone else because they are always out of food and I have to wait 15 minutes or more for my fast food order to be completed.
At the Hamilton Mill location, I was greeted by Mr Lionel who wanted to make sure I didn’t wait too long for my order. He communicated with his team lead by Ms La Toya and made sure we were happy with our order while keeping the drive thru line moving.
I will be back!!! Highly recommend

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at Popeyes.
I placed a mobile order 20 minutes before arriving, and it still took another 10 minutes at the store. Almost 30 minutes total for fast food that’s unacceptable.
It wasn’t even busy. It was around 3 PM and there were barely any customers. The staff were just standing around joking with each other instead of preparing orders.
What’s the point of mobile ordering if the food isn’t ready when you arrive? It completely defeats the purpose.
And this isn’t even the first time. This is the THIRD time the exact same thing has happened. At this point, it’s clearly not a mistake . it’s just bad management and lazy service.
I’m not coming back again. Goodbye Popeyes.

I had the best experience here! This was my first time having Popeyes and GeeGee at the front was so sweet and helpful. She kept checking in on us and how the food was which I’ve never experienced at a fast casual place before! It felt very personable. Also shoutout to Maiah and George! The food was delicious

I went through the drive-through and was initially told they didn’t have blackened chicken. A moment later, they said they only had “blackened tenders” , so I went ahead and placed my order.
While waiting to pay, I asked the cashier three times for my total, and she just stared at me without responding. Eventually, a woman in the back had to tell me the amount.
The cashier then handed me a Coke even though I asked for a Sprite. When I pointed it out, she gave me a Sprite that was warm and had no ice. I asked if I could get some ice, and she took the drink back, added about 5–10 ice cubes, and handed it back—still warm.
I was then told to pull forward and that my food would be brought out. After waiting 15 minutes, I decided to leave. The service was extremely poor, especially considering I had already paid.

This popeyes is the worst. The food was good. That was a plus. But the menu was not on in the drive thru or it was broken. The guy at the drive thru window didn’t say anything about there being a wait. He just took my money and i sat there for like 10-15 mins. There was a car in front of me that had been waiting forever and got out to check on the food. Then there was no silverwear so i parked the car to go in there. As i was going in there one lady that worked there was walkin next door. And another lady that works there was walking out and went and sat in her car. Im assuming one was the cashier. When I went in there was only the cook and the drive thru person. The cook at least was smiling and said hi to me. I stood there for like 5 mins before I just had to say can i jus have a fork. Bc no one was coming. I sat in my car for like 15 mins. The 2 ladys never went back in the whole time i was there. They need new staff except the cook. I get it you don’t want to be there. But damn don’t make us wish we weren’t there either.

Came this establishment this evening waited over an hour to get fresh chicken. Arrived home and the Chicken wasn’t hot. Fries, biscuits redbeans and rice weren’t hot if anything the food was warm. Noticed that the Chicken had a weird taste to it. Will never patronize this establishment. This place is the absolute worst.

If I would have checked the reviews I would have never stopped here! Today at 4:25 02/20 I waited 15 minutes for some cold food. They had the nerve to tell me to pull up to the line as if i was waiting on fresh food! It was only me and another car in the drive thru and no customers in the dining area! We were told it would be 6 mins to wait for chicken to cook. 30 mins later we finally got our food after 2 trips to remind them we were still waiting. There was an apology but this is inexcusable. Based on the previous reviews I have to assume no one really cares. It’s a shame because the food is tasty. The franchise owner and corporate should pay attention to these reviews written out of frustration.
