I LOVE Popeyes, but tonight the food was HARD and dry. Spending $40 as a single lady for a family dinner just to be soooo disappointed when I got home and made me a plate. Tenders were HARD, not warm and juicy and the biscuits were hard and not warm… Highly disappointed in you Popeyes especially when I came threw around 5pm when yall were slow. Everything should have been a lot more fresher!

Everytime we eat here the food is fresh cooked to order. Friendly staff and clean in the dining area. My food was delicious, but the red beans and rice had a plastic taste and odor to them. Not sure if it was a pan liner or if to hot in the warmer. Overall it was good and we will go back.

I get that there is a staff shortage but I am very angry at the way the staff were at this Popeyes. They didn’t let us know to hold on for a moment or anything. We sat thinking something was wrong in the drive through for 10 minutes with no one in line. When we said hello, they came in and said your gonna have to hold on, there’s only 2 of us here. So we said ok. All we ordered was a dozen binets.. they told us to pull forward and they’d bring them out. Finally when they did come, the girl smirked as she handed them. We drove off but after a few minutes, I looked and there was a half a bag of powdered sugar dumped on the binets! And they were not cooked properly. Obviously on purpose.

We are traveling and stopped in to use the restroom ( clean restrooms).
When we walked in the restaurant we knew we had to order something it smelled fantastic. Restrooms were clean, quick and accurate service, kind, and food was fantastic. We ordered Sweet and spicy wings and original hot, both were fantastic.

The food is tasty but today I was shorted 2 pieces of chicken on my 8 piece family dinner. I called and they were apologetic and said they put my on the list. I imagine that’s a list of customers to be compensated. Once I got home with my wife after a long day’s work, we weren’t inclined to drive back to town for a correction.

Popeyes is just another of several local fast food places struggling to keep up with Chik fil-a. Case in point. The day after Labor Day they decided to open an hour later than advertised. No mention on local web sites, no note on their doors. Meanwhile Chik fil-a was packed as usual. Perhaps the franchisee does not care, but if I had paid what a Popeyes franchise costs, I sure as heck would be open when advertised.
