I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Popeyes. The customer service at the drive-through was unprofessional and rude from the start. The employees seemed irritated, were short with their responses, and acted as if taking our order was an inconvenience.
To make matters worse, the location advertised that they accept American Express, but when we tried to pay with it, we were told they do not take it. This was frustrating, especially since the signage clearly indicated otherwise.
On top of the poor service and payment issue, we didn’t even receive the correct items we ordered. After repeating our order clearly at the speaker, we still ended up with missing and incorrect food. By that point, we were so frustrated that the whole experience completely overshadowed the meal.
Customer service and accuracy are basic expectations at any restaurant. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet even the minimum standard. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training, communication, and consistency with advertised payment methods.

Ordered a number five (three piece chicken tenders) for lunch around 2:00 in the afternoon. I was absolutely disappointed. It cost $11.22, and the “tenders” were no bigger than chicken nuggets, they didn’t give us our sauce. It took over 10 minutes of waiting and we were the only customers. You should be ashamed for charging that much!

Food was good, service was subpar and I waited like I was at a sit down restaurant while in the drive through. After going in wondering where my order was since they asked me to pull up, there was others waiting just as long or longer. Tables and floors were dirty. Also, my order wasnt big, I got two wing boxes with no sides or drinks.

They had no chicken when zi arrived. One person’s taking orders at the counter, and then helping to bag the food. Wait time over 30 minutes for my order. Saw others who came after me get their orders. Just received at 5:40pm.. oh well such is the “fast” food industry ☺️

It’s a good place to get some great tasting food. The only problem for me was the time it takes to get everything. It was also a bit pricy, $41 for 3 people to eat lunch. One order was not supposed to have mayo on it, but they put mayo on it even when they read the order back to me.

We ordered chicken tenders. Waited in line awhile. Got to the windows waited about five minutes for them to tell us the chicken tenders were still frozen. Asked what we wanted instead. We chose garlic parmesan wings. Well one of us got wings the other got a two piece chicken.

Horrible service, cashier looked at me and walked outside. Didn’t ask if I needed anything, when I tried to get her attention I was just ignored. We got our food and 4 out of the items we received were wrong,they had an attitude when I asked them to remake it. The staff was more like zombies that didn’t want to be there.

The place doesn’t look to be very clean. Dirty floors, tables, and counters. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo with red beans and rice. Simple enough….no, it appears that was too complicated. I received a chicken sandwich and cold fries. The sandwich was ok because they had to fry it while I waited. I really like their tea but of course there was none in the dining area. No cup lids nor napkins any where to be found. Bathroom smelled disgusting. Advice to the owner: you need to make some changes.

Glad they are back open first of all, still trying to get up to speed I would say with training staff, came in at lunch right after church and they had completely run out of chicken, so there was a bit of a wait! But, it was hot and fresh for sure!
