No longer sell popcorn shrimp only butterfly well that’s what they gave me popcorn and a half filled container of rice. I asked for light ice in my drink she filled it up even after confronting the cashier said it was light. Was not. What a rip off for 18 $ don’t go here unless you want to be mistreated and robed. And lied to.

Little back story: I attend this Popeyes all the time due to it being closer to my home. However, a few times I’ve came here I’m always getting over charged for things I’ve NEVER asked for. I asked for two 6 dollar big boxes with two fries and the other a Cajun rice ADDDD GRAVY which is 30cents by the way. I get to the window and the young lady says 18 bucks I’m confused but I also paid with no problem and asked for my receipt! I look at the receipt and to my surprise they charged me a WHOLE SIDE of gravy for 3.29! Why! I’m not sure! However I wanted my money back. I gave her the rice and gravy back due to her not only over charging me but never gave me my SIDE OF GRAVY instead she added the gravy on the rice. As I processed to asked for my money back. The OWNER SHORT HAIR LADY I CANT REMEMBER HER NAME RIGHT NOW but once I go to the headquarters we will move forward with names. Meanwhile, she comes to the window, I inform the cashier I work for Popeyes! I Never stated my position or who I am. She comes over to the window and makes a nasty statement “COME ALL THE WAY OVER HERE TO COST PROBLEMS” Ma’am! I’m always friendly when visiting and this is the disrespect I receive. This is to bring awareness! Very disappointing how you treat your customers! MOVING FORWARD!

My husband went to Popeyes on Jonesboro Rd Tuesday,I notice they are not giving you a leg,they getting away with giving customers a drumette instead of a leg,you paying all this money to be cheated,they know what they are doing.I know the difference where is the Red beans,this is ridiculous.

I had a really disappointing experience at Popeyes recently. I had placed an order for pickup, but when I arrived, the employee was completely unhelpful and rude. The employee with a name tag that simply read Dash.They insisted the order was for delivery, despite my confirmation showing it was a pickup. After waiting and explaining multiple times, they still just gave the food away to someone else. Dimitri who happened to be walking in said he would look into it after I already sat there 40 minutes. Please make sure all employees can comprehend the difference between delivery and pick up… Also make sure they understand accountability Mrs. Dash should definitely not be employed by this establishment. If you can avoid this place save yourself the headache when you Mrs. Dash do just that and Dash back out of this store!!!!!!!!

Everytime I go to this particular location at around noon, the older darskinned lady that works the drive-thru always throw my food at me. I’m not sure why she is so angry but perhaps she shouldn’t work with people. I don’t spend money to have my order thrown at me anytime I visit your establishment

Placed an online pickup from here. The young woman in the drive thru window was rude. My food was incorrect, not fresh and cold. My son complained that it made him feel sick. Didn’t even bother with going back because I was not in the mood to deal with her attitude further. The other locations are much better . I should’ve read the reviews before ordering from here. This needs new staff and people who care about food quality. It’s shameful and hurtful to the community! Food is already expensive no one wants to waste money on old nasty food.

Workers are so lazy it’s sad. Store didn’t close until 11 I came through the drive through at 9:50 and they told me they are only accepting exact change due to them closing in “30 mins” but if I went to correct school 30 minutes plus 9:50 is 10:20? Oh well will never be back but peace of advice if you have your job please don’t show up making other people suffer because your lazy

I order a large side of Cajun rice and paid 5.65 and only got a half order at best. Come on Popeyes I know y’all don’t do it like this. I could not believe it when I got home and open this cup of rice up. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied
with this order. As soon as I picked this cup up I knew something was wrong here. I don’t recommend going here as you will more than likely only get half your order.

After letting you know that I was cheated of my food I paid for you failed again to offer to fix this problem and since Popeyes thinks it’s ok to take my money and only give me half my food I paid for i will not be returning to your restaurant and I will let everyone know just how you guys do business with your valued customers.
