The Popeyes chicken at this particular restaurant in Atlanta is consistently disappointing, with the chicken often being stale and dried out. Surprisingly, they would provide such poor quality food to customers. They would serve someone Bad quality food

My order was shorted a 6pc wing and sauces. My wife ordered a chix sandwich w/ No pickles, due to her allergy. It def. had pickles on it. Not acceptable. Glad we checked before she bit into it. But other than that the portion of the order that was correct was hot and on point well seasoned. Win Lose situation with them. Will keep you posted if we order again. Potential. Vibes.

Today June 9th I placed an order online for pickup. I customized my 10 piece for 5 legs, 2 breast and 3 thighs. NO WINGS. Got to the window, asked for honey just to be told it was in the bag. Took the contents out the bag and no honey only for the person in the window to say “they ain’t supposed to giving away honey like that” gave me 3 and i asked for 2 more because I have FIVE biscuits. Get home only to find that order HAS wings and the customization that I asked for was not done. And the order was missing the fries and the macaroni is only filled halfway.

I mean the woman who was working the front was terrible. I do Google reviews if the service is bad or good. This lady didnt greet customers and had a nasty attitude to everyone who walked in the door…only reason I came here is to get a chicken sandwich because Chic fil a was closed for remodeling and I will not come back. This is why people go to chic fil a and not places like popeyes on the regular. She was like what you want when people was ordering their food and I am law enforcement. She didnt even offer me a discount and I know they usually give law enforcement discounts and I was fully in uniform…it had nothing to do with that but thought since she saw me in uniform she would tone her attitude down…attitude was still nasty and people dont need people like her in their business….because she just ranned me off from coming back at least during the day or whenever I see her I will just walk back out.

It was a dark and cold night. The moon glistened on my skin anxiously awaiting the crispy chicken known as Popeyes as I approach the door. It was locked. I can’t believe that they literally gave me crumbs smh I wish I would have checked before I left the drive thru because I would’ve asked for a refund. I went to Popeyes on today and ordered a 2 piece signature chicken with mash potatoes, fry and drink. Once I got home after eating me break I begin to eat my wing only to discover the wing was not fully cooked and that I had gravy with no mash potatoes. I have been a customer of Popeyes for a long time and I am very disappointed. So I went back up there to let the manager know. She gives me the smallest wing in the world and my mash potatoes but was not polite. I ask her where was my new biscuit but another lady worker bought it to me but the biscuit looks as if someone took it and crumbled it up. This is the worst experience I ever had!

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to and thats saying something. The service is so poor. I would never suggest someone to go there if they want anything done well. Nothing fast about that food. Even the speaker doesn’t work in the drive thru. I bet its still in service due to the populated area. I’ve tried multiple times at that to go there. My experience at this location was so relieving. The manager Tiara was awesome the crew members were helpful my order was fresh and accurate and they truly made us feel appreciated. They were nice to everyone not just myself there was an older couple out for dinner it was so comforting to watch how patient and accommodating the staff and team members were.

Really this location needs to just close down. Ive been to this location different times and every experience is the same. Food sub par and the customer service terrible. I got cold fries and the chicken didn’t seem cooked the right way. The people always seem to be doing whatever in the restaurant no paying attention to orders and do whatever they want. At this point I’ll never come back to this Popeyes location ever again. And if your reading this just save your money and go somewhere it’s not worth it.
