My first time today trying the ghost pepper wings and I will not return. My wings are old and dry. I’m very disappointed because I sat and waited for the fresh mold chicken for my mom, but I got old food instead of fresh. Why not make mine fresh as well if I’m waiting.

Went to eat lunch my car had broke down and I was just looking for somewhere to go for lunch and chill, when I walked in the young man greeted me! I could hear the management running things and the crew was responding! It was a great organized team! I ordered my chicken and it came up crispy and hot! Just the way I love it! I sat down inside and chilled with my sweet tea with lemonade! Just listening to well oiled workers and managers keeping the food coming for the customers! Excellent!

I recently ordered through Uber eats at this location. I ordered the surf & turf combo. My food was incorrect and cold and I did . So Uber refunded me for the large mash I did not receive and the largre drunk. They also gave me an additional credit. So I go to eat the mash potatoes after warming it up and I bite into a piece of plastic. Never again will I order from them!!!

I went to Popeyes well past 10:00pm. There were several cars in the drive-thru line. One car actually got out of line after getting up to the order window. After I got to the order window and requested a chicken sandwich and was told that there weren’t sandwiches or tenders, I guessed that the car that left the line may have wanted a chicken sandwich or another item on the menu that they were unable to prepare. When I got to the delivery window, the cashier told me that their computers had just gone down. The good news is that it only lasted about five minutes. Neither the cashier nor a second lady that was close enough to the drive-thru window for me to hear her talking inside apologized for the extra delay due to the computers.

It’s Popeyes locations better than this one. Long lines, inattentive staff, wrong orders etc. I placed a mobile order and it was never ready. I waited for over 30 minutes. Yet those who arrived after I did were getting their food rapidly. This place needs new staff.

Great customer service! Came at 10:30am to pick up family meal and was taking a while due to restaurant just opening. Staff was polite and gave me 6 ghost pepper wings for my wait and didn’t conplain or anything to get this. Real attention to needs of customers and would recommend!

We stopped here a little after 10pm, the sign on the door said the dining room was open until 11pm but the door was already locked. We waited in a line that was almost wrapped around the building to place and get a drive through order. Glad we checked the bag because the order was not correct and we were charged for an additional meal. The staff had us adjust our order ourselves by digging in the boxes they gave us and combining them to make the correct order while they gave us a refund on our card and prepared the additional items. They also asked for the extra food back that we had already touched so I really hope no one else was served that food! We also asked for sauce but were told no to BBQ, then asked for ranch and told no again. At that point we were just over it and left. The food was on par with what you expect from Popeyes, but the service was trash!

The female at the drive-through window on 5/19/23 @2:18 pm with the dirty blonde Box braids Was terribly rude. she lacked customer service, friendliness, and integrity. my ghost pepper wings/fries were cold and disgusting. she got a attitude with me because I asked her for my drink that came with the meal. Because of this, I will never spend a hard earned penny of mine at that location, nor at any franchise.

I order on line they had no dessert I order a apple pie. The young lady was nice enough to give me Mac & cheese my food I order was popcorn shrimp they didn’t have any so she replace it with butterfly shrimp . I get my food and it was cold and a few butterfly shrimp ♀️

Our food was on par with what I expected from this chain. However our order taker/cashier had a bit of an attitude. Was also only given 1 fork when we ordered 2 sides that required one, so I had to wait to talk to said person to get another fork. Forks, napkins, etc. all had to be gotten from behind the counter and are not readily available near the counter like they are with most fast food chains.
