The employees — especially Ms. Virginia, the manager, and Nicole, our cashier — truly made our visit amazing. The lobby closed at 10, and we walked in at 9:55 with a girls flag football team. Ms. Virginia didn’t hesitate to accommodate us, and the entire staff was patient and kind. Even after dealing with a hostile customer right before taking our order, they remained professional, welcoming, and respectful.
We genuinely enjoyed our time here, and we couldn’t be more proud of our team for experiencing such great service.

recently visited your location to place a food order. While at the register, the shift manager took one order and then told us, “Y’all are going to have to wait, I have something else to do,” and walked away. We were standing there ready to order and felt completely dismissed.
As paying customers, we expect basic courtesy and professionalism. Because of this experience, we left and do not plan to return. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other customers are not treated the same way.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Popeyes today between about 1:15–1:20 PM. I waited a long time at the speaker and was told to “give them a moment,” but no one ever came back to let me know they were ready to take my order. It was rude not to announce that I was no longer on hold.
Once I placed my order, I asked for a chicken strip meal with fries and a lemonade with no ice. When I got to the window, I paid but was not given a receipt. At the next window, I was told they were out of fries, so I agreed to substitute dirty rice. I also asked for Mardi Gras mustard, which they did not have.
When I pulled off and opened my food on the way back to work, I discovered I was given two drumsticks instead of chicken strips. The dirty rice looked terrible overcooked, soggy, and marked to expire at 2:00 PM which was when I actually got the chance to eat it.
This was a complete waste of my time and money. Since I wasn’t given a receipt, I couldn’t even complete a survey or properly report the issue. I took photos and would be happy to submit them. Very disappointing experience.

Please young people!!!! If you’re going to work at a chicken place, at least know the different pieces!. The young lady Amiyah at the drive through said she doesn’t know what pieces are which cause she don’t bag or box food so she don’t need to know. The person bagging didn’t know either. Of course I have the wrong pieces and not spicy. It’s sad the kids in the neighborhood are not even willing to learn about what they are doing. Terrible service

I arrived and when I got to the intercom the girls on drive -thru thought it was hilarious to have me to repeat my order numerous times so I drove up to the window and all you see is foolishness ,everybody playing,all co workers laughing and remind you the drive thru had excessive wait time and I know the car was there a good 20 minutes after ordering.Please hire people who wants to work and this was my 3rd time attempting to order for here the first time it was an rude elderly lady on night shift it gets worse every time and yall already have 3 stars and it definitely should be a 1star restaurant. It’s hardworking individuals that actually want to work and these individuals in here playing as if people don’t have places to be and families to feed.These people gave me a burnt sandwich no type of customer service or respect for people who pay their money to eat please shut it down

I came here as I waited for my car to get serviced w a 45 min timer set on my phone. It was a long line ahead of me & im the last one in line. The cashier stops at me & my daughter & says “can you give me a min . Is that fine?” Absolutely. As 10 mins go by I begin to get impatient. She starts sweeping the kitchen & continues to bag up the doordash orders. After 15-20 mins go by she comes back & I politely say “had I known it was gonna take you 15 mins to come back I would’ve just asked you to take my order “ it literally would’ve took 2 mins. She explains how it’s only 3 of them working which is fine but logically it just make sense to take the last customer order & by the time she finished bagging my food would’ve been up instead of having ne wait 30+ min for some chicjen legs. She calls the manager over & tell her she doesn’t wanna deal w me . The manager come over & I say the exact same thing to her she just says ok what can I get you . No customer service what so ever . I place my order . The cashier comes back a few mins later I said “can I get my drink” she then starts to yell for the manager & says “I’m not bout to deal w/ anyone that disrespectful & talkin to me crazy” I’m like I didn’t disrespect you I’m confused as hell bc huh ? Then she says “I have a 16 year old that doesn’t play bout me “ like girl idgaf why are you even bringing up a kid in this situation MIND you my 7 year old daughter is witnessing this whole situation . Threatening me bc YOU irritated or w/e is never ok . I proceed to ask for my refund the manager comes & say do I want my refund or the food I’m like no run me the refund bc ion even want the food no more nor do I play like that . The food was 20.72 she refunds me 20.17 yes it’s only a couple of cents but idc . I don’t want to give them a penny !! After being disrespected ! If I was a few cents off they wouldn’t allow me to get the food so give me all my coins back . I will be taking this to tik tok & threads for sure !

Food was good, service was horrible. Also, if you’re going after 9pm be prepared to wait 20+ minutes to even place your order in drive thru. I’m just thankful that after waiting for so long my food was actually hot and tasted good!

Pay for my extra sauces, no problem. I ask for napkins and am told “I put some in the bag”’ I said there not in there(BECAUSE THEY WERENT WHICH IS WHY IM EVEN ASKING FOR THE NAPKINS), “can I have some napkins please?” Like give me the napkins sis, you’re doing too much!!!
If you don’t want to be at work, please clock out and go home and don’t subject customers to the nasty attitude, KEEP IT !
As far as the food my wraps were ok, yall drowned the poor chicken in sauce! Are yall okay? Fr? I had to wipe some of the sauce out of the wrap, that’s how much sauce yall put on there…..
